- 1776, on 10/05/2008, -4/+17He can't really win on the economy. His party has little credibility on the subject. Next time, pick a guy like Ron Paul or even the younger Mitt Romney.. at least they know what the hell they are talking about.
- GamingForever, on 10/05/2008, -4/+13Obama FTW!
- JuliaC, on 10/05/2008, -3/+15Frankly, that should be the headline in every newspaper in the country. With the WaPo article clearly stating that McCain's "strategy" for the rest of this campaign is to go negative negative negative and try to distract voters from those pesky issues like the mortgage banker trying to throw you out of your house, newspapers should absolutely tell everyone that McCain has given up. Oh, sorry -- given up on the economy!
- jeebodon, on 10/05/2008, -1/+7"A Fake Headline That's Actually True"
...so basically someone came up with their own headline? Congrats, why is this on Digg?- metapop, on 10/07/2008, -0/+1seriously, this is pretty ridiculous.

VETS "The New Generation of Veterans" and their Families put this together & sent it to Obama after last Presidential Debate.
(We need to help them go viral - on Digg & others. So we have to have 3000 Diggs to get it to go Viral)
Friday's debate made it clear that Barack Obama will bring the change we need on issues facing service members, veterans, and military families.
Barack demonstrated his judgment on 21st century national security and foreign policy challenges, and an understanding of what it will take to show real global leadership.
A huge number of Iraq and Afghanistan veterans are supporting this campaign. In a recent study, donations from deployed troops went 6 to 1 for Barack.

Barack has the vision and judgment to be an excellent Commander in Chief -- and the debate made this extremely clear.
He also demonstrated that he'll be a fierce advocate for the middle class, with plans for the economy, health care, and energy independence that will keep us strong at home and abroad.
Veterans, military families, and those concerned about our national security and foreign policy need to spread the word that Barack Obama is the candidate with the judgment to lead us in this defining moment.

"Right-to-life" woman wants all the caribou and moose meat for herself and her "family". If you care, help get the word out with a hard-hitting television ad from Defenders of Wildlife scheduled to run on debate night. See the tv ad here:
http://www.defendersactionfund.org/ - VoteGOP, on 10/05/2008, -6/+1Oh, please. Have you all forgotten Obama's years of tax evasion, and siphoning money from his overly funded social programs into his own account? A good friend of mine from Chicago tipped me off on this little excerpt. Just wait until the October surprises come out. Then the MSM will really have to cover it and their lover affair with Obama will be over.
- diggproof, on 10/06/2008, -1/+5Stop blowing smoke up people's asses. You've got NOTHING.
- thepoliticalcat, on 10/06/2008, -0/+2McCain't doesn't understand the economy, and neither does Paiin. It requires a basic grasp of mathematics and statistics, coupled with very deep and serious reading over a long period of time. Economics is one of the more boring subjects known to humankind and until you have a PhD in the subject, most of the intricacies will elude you. That said, Obama doesn't happen to be an expert in the subject but, unlike McCain, he listens to people, consults the experts, and reads both deeply and widely. His economic plans have the backing of most experts in the field. That should tell you plenty.
- moonchld5, on 10/07/2008, -0/+1You'd be surprised to know how many fake headlines are true
