- RoflCoptah, on 07/08/2008, -0/+7yea, he looks unusually 'moist'. it could be from excitement as azerael has pointed out, and that the guy with the sign is trying to hide his 'excitement'
- kjm16, on 07/08/2008, -0/+10I pissed myself laughing!
- mwaleed86, on 07/08/2008, -6/+1thats jus the shadow!...do you also think of piss what you see a shadow?
- Clodhopper, on 07/08/2008, -0/+14When it is conveniently above their crotch and running down their pant leg than yes, yes i do.
- Jenadae, on 07/08/2008, -0/+7Your that guy that shows up at parties with a chess board and a 6 pack of O'Douls aren't you...
- stevealford, on 07/08/2008, -1/+2If it was a shadow, then the right side of his right pants leg would be dark, too (because shadow on the right side of the left thigh indicates direct light from dead left). Clearly, either his pants are darker on the inside portion of the left thigh or he's wet. The only way for me to be wrong is if he has a single light source right beside/behind his right shoe facing the other way upward.
- biotch, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1You can see a shadow coming from his left arm casting onto the chair,
It is a faded multiple shadow from multiple light sources above his head.
The dark area on his leg does not match the shadows shown from his arm. It is darker, has a more solid line, and is singular as opposed to multiple and faded. Furthermore, the wrinkles in the darker area of his left leg are casting shadows downward upon the dark area in the same direction as the arm shadow, not sideways. The dark area on his leg is not a shadow.... it could be photoshopped ... but its not a shadow casted from the actual environment.
- picosam, on 07/08/2008, -2/+1It certainly makes me think of piss :D

- bovox, on 07/08/2008, -1/+8Honestly, it's because the typical American IS fat -- as fat as those people. Those people are actually an accurate snapshot of Americans. Seriously.
- urbandistrict, on 07/08/2008, -1/+2I'm glad you are taking this "seriously". Why is it that you think the typical American is retired and elderly?
- baconz, on 07/08/2008, -1/+17It's a combination of a lack of self control and the fact that americans buy food based on "value for money". Taste is secondary. No, make that tertiary. Truth hurts kiddies. Listen to your elders they know more than you, they have heard the same tale and seen the results of its utter failure time and time again.- noahgelman, on 07/08/2008, -5/+15Your retarded. McCain can't even work a computer, he said so himself. He can't work the worlds leading largest network of information. Anything he knows we can google and learn in a few minutes.
Plus, you seem to be more offended that this makes fun of old people then the offense to McCain.- patpl22391, on 07/08/2008, -11/+6Obviously would have difficulty working a computer considering he didn't grow up with them and we did. Also he can't work a keyboard to well considering that his arms were FUBAR while being tortured. He was on a non-political radio program here and stated that he has infact used the internet.
Lastly, it's "You're, not Your". The fact you followed up that incorrect spelling with an attack on the guy's intelligence is laughable. - noahgelman, on 07/08/2008, -3/+10Its really unfortunate that he was tortured. It really is. But we shouldn't lower the standard of what presidents should be capable of just because he was tortured. If you cant do the job, you can't do the job.
Also, I made a mistake on my grammar. I'm sorry that offended you. But I'd rather mess up on grammar then mess up on so many political issues as McCain has, especially on ones that center around his biggest campaign issue: The war.
Also. 'infact' is not a word. It should be 'in fact'. The fact that you followed up that with saying my grammar is laughable is laughable - masterm1nd, on 07/08/2008, -11/+3"But we shouldn't lower the standard of what presidents should be capable of just because he was tortured"
Dude, computing ability is not an important ability for a president. There are plenty of other things a president should have experience and ability in, computing is not one of them. Even McCain would have helpers that know everything you could possibly imagine about computers and do anything a president would possibly have to do on a computer. I suppose if your candidate is basically ONLY experienced in computer usage than I see your argument. - tkstock, on 07/08/2008, -8/+3noahgelman, you're kidding, right? The president rarely, if ever, touches a computer while in office. He's got a staff of people to get information for him (information which ISN'T available on the internet).
That's like saying he's not capable of being president because he can't play PS3. - blakecr, on 07/08/2008, -2/+3The problem is in the coming years net neutrality will be an issue and I want a president who knows something about the internet. I guess you McCain supporters are used to your candidate not knowing the essentials about an issue and making a policy mistake...for example the difference between Shunies and Shiites.
- tkstock, on 07/08/2008, -4/+4Hahaha. It doesn't take someone to be computer proficient to understand NN - and it's hardly the most important issue in this election cycle. NN is about 28th on the list of important issues.
You go ahead and vote for Obama because of some perceived advantage for NN and meanwhile our economy goes in the toilet, our gas goes to $10 per gallon and the Middle East destabilizes after he yanks our troops out. Great idea. At least our president will know how to surf the internet.
BTW, what is a Shunie? Before you rail on McCain mixing them up, you might actually want to find out what you're talking about! - blakecr, on 07/08/2008, -2/+2Sunnis*
It is not my declared "strongest asset" to know about foreign policy, including how to spell Sunnis. Good thing I knew how to use the "internets" to wiki how to spell it correctly this time. Maybe if John knew how to use these blasted tubes he could find out basic information on what the hell is going on in the world. If you tout yourself as a foreign policy master you better know the differences between two waring factions as different as the North and the South in the American Civil War. I was alluding to the fact that he doesn't even know whats going on in something that he "knows" about. It is an ill conceived counter attack from you to attack the grammar in my statement instead of addressing the issue that I raised. Congratulations you are grasping at straws. - tkstock, on 07/08/2008, -1/+3The issue that you raised was that McCain wouldn't understand NN because he said he doesn't know how to use a computer. I responded to that specifically by saying that you don't need specific knowledge of how to use a computer to understand NN, and NN was a low priority overall, it was just a fun aside to mention the "shunie" comment. It's nice for you to latch on the aside rather than address my response to your so-called issue.
As all politicians know, it's easy to get things mixed up, such as the US having 57 states, etc. They all do it, so I wouldn't blame any one of them for it. But that won't prevent people on both sides from doing so. - blakecr, on 07/08/2008, -2/+1How many primary votes were there?
"There were 57 primary contests. 50 states. Texas had two so that makes 51. Guam makes 52. DC makes 53. Puerto Rico makes 54. US Virgin Islands makes 55. American Samoa makes 56. Democrats Abroad makes 57."
"Pressed to elaborate, McCain said it was 'common knowledge and has been reported in the media that al-Qaeda is going back into Iran and receiving training and are coming back into Iraq from Iran, that's well known. And it's unfortunate.' A few moments later, Sen. Joseph Lieberman, standing just behind McCain, stepped forward and whispered in the presidential candidate's ear. McCain then said: 'I'm sorry, the Iranians are training extremists, not Al-Qaeda.'"
Does that sound like a gaff? It sounds like he is trying to tie Al-Qaeda to Iran for some reason. Hmmm why would he want to do that? Unlike most people, I don't think McCain is completely senile, he knew what he was saying, so he either didn't know the difference, or he wanted to tie Al-Qeada to Iran. Kinda like Al-Qeada was tied to Iraq. How did that one work out?
Lets stop pretending that you like McCain. It is just he is the only one who has a chance to beat the dems in the fall. You don't want war with Iran. You don't want to bomb bomb bomb bomb bomb Iran do you?
I mean we have capabilities to take out a real military threat without occupying another country right. We don't need 3 fronts from 3 different enemies right?
To fight a war on that scale we would need serious backing from the rest of the world like in WW II correct? Do we have that great of reputations around the world to start another war in another country because we said so?
I am done with this conversation. He does need to be briefed about what the hell a computer does and where we are on stuff. He needs to be rebriefed (no depends pun intended) on foreign policy as well. Surely you are a smart guy and can distinguish the difference between ignorance (in the sense of complete lack of understanding) and disinterest right?
There will never be a President from this point forward that will not have to have a policy on internet neutrality and other advancing technologies. That being said, presidents will have to have a better knowledge of what the hell a computer does then simply "its a google." - tkstock, on 07/08/2008, -1/+2Jeez, getting a little defensive, aren't you? I guess I touched a nerve. Sorry about that. You don't need to go into a war of the gaffs - both will lose. Both Obama and McCain have more than their share.
When it comes to policy, McCain has Obama beat where it counts. Take a poll of Americans and find out where Net Neutrality appears in their list of priorities. The fact is Obama will screw up this economy royally with his Social Welfare policy and his lack of a mid-term energy plan.
I don't understand the specifics of how a nuclear reactor works, but I understand the impacts of using them and the need for them in a sound energy plan. So, lack of understanding how something specifically works does not necessarily impact your ability to understand its impacts and make effective policies forthwith.
The fact that McCain opposes net neutrality because he opposes government regulation doesn't surprise me - most conservatives oppose government regulation. "Unless there is a clear-cut, unequivocal restraint of competition, the government should stay out of it."
Sounds pretty smart to me.
- patpl22391, on 07/08/2008, -11/+6Obviously would have difficulty working a computer considering he didn't grow up with them and we did. Also he can't work a keyboard to well considering that his arms were FUBAR while being tortured. He was on a non-political radio program here and stated that he has infact used the internet.

I refuse to vote for a candidate who doesn't even know how to use a computer -.-- tkstock, on 07/08/2008, -2/+1So you would prefer a candidate that doesn't know how to work an economy, how to work international diplomacy, how to make wise decisions on the general welfare.
I guess if you're looking for an excuse not to vote for someone, any one will do. - blakecr, on 07/08/2008, -2/+2Great point now that you said that I will not be voting for John McCain.*
*I was never going to vote for John McCain, It was for the satire. - tkstock, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1I never said you wouldn't be voting for McCain, but it was a safe assumption.
