Candidate Baldwin talks about life as President
worldnetdaily.com — The Constitution Party talks and acts like we have learned nothing from recent 3rd party runs in America. I remember sitting next to Col. Bo Gritz thinking, "Finally, a man that I can trust!" Now I do not think that Mr. Baldwin is as crazy as Bo Gritz but if he thinks he has a chance to win, maybe he is a little crazy.

- spinningplates2, on 04/30/2008, -10/+1Christians need another run by Ralph Nader more then ever.
- victorypup, on 04/30/2008, -0/+4Christians have no body else to vote for. That is if they want to vote for a Godly person. If Christians were true to their Faith and Conscience this man would have an overwhelming chance to win. Alas, Christians will follow the bell around their false leaders neck. The false prophets, and guru's will endorse what they perceive as the "lesser evil", or as we've learned from the Bush debacle, the greater. Evil is evil and often times there is no distinction between lesser and greater.
- nutz2u2, on 04/30/2008, -1/+9Sorry the submitter doesn't like third parties (they are an intregal part of U.S. history), but Mr. Baldwin (who won't win no matter what) is a better choice than Juan McCain, Hillary Rodham, or Osama Obama.
- spinningplates2, on 04/30/2008, -5/+1Where is the "integral part of US History?" Besides the Bull Moose Party from a hundred years ago can you name even one? Don't say the Republicans, because when they first won in 1860 it was as a replacement for the Whigs and still a two party race.
I am not saying that the two party system is perfect but I will insist that Conservative third parties have only hurt the Pro-life movement.- michael4lsu, on 04/30/2008, -2/+8How exactly have 3rd parties hurt the pro-life movement? What have they kept the Republican party from accomplishing? More importantly, what exactly has the Republican party done to stop abortion? VERY LITTLE! Republican Presidents have placed some of the pro-abortion justices in the Supreme Court in the first place. You cannot count on the Republican party to stop abortion when it is run by the elite who have a eugenics program as a component of their globalist one world government agenda in the first place.

- Kaffir, on 04/30/2008, -3/+3I'm all for 3rd parties in our politics. However, I'm not for a 3rd world political system, where every nutcase can run in some jury-rigged political party! (Look at some of those countries, where they have 32+ choices from which to choose to vote!) Mr. Baldwin is right when he says that this is an unusual election year, and that Americans are ready for another option. But, you have to have a candidate that is highly "electable" - someone who is inspiring, charismatic, and knows his politics (unfortunate, that), and hears the heartbeat of America. I hate to say it, but none of the candidates, not Barack "he-whose-middle-name-must-not-be-named" Obama, not Hitlary Clinton, nor Juancito McCain, nor anyone else out there (yet) has the charisma, the "je ne sais quoi" (sounds smart, don't it? *sarcasm*) to get large numbers of Americans to vote for them!
I guess I'll just hold my nose, and vote...- avengingturnip, on 04/30/2008, -1/+4A 3rd world political system like in California? Gary Coleman and a porn star ran for governor there not too long ago.
- Kaffir, on 04/30/2008, -0/+1So true! Lol! I hadn't thought of that!!
- kemp34, on 05/06/2008, -0/+1That's a cool thing.
- michael4lsu, on 04/30/2008, -0/+8We're already in a 3rd world political system because our "popular" candidates and elections are decided by the elite and our government is turning America into a 3rd world country! But I don't see anything wrong with having a multitude of Presidential candidates and political parties at all. Different points of view should be heard, and the 2-party monopoly should be broken! The fewer political parties you have, the easier it is for them to be taken over from within just as the Republicans and Democrats have been overrun with the globalist traitors! It might even be better for America if Political Parties were completely non-existent and every candidate ran as an independent.
- nutz2u2, on 04/30/2008, -0/+5Amen!

- exgop, on 04/30/2008, -6/+3What a idiot.
- VinBea, on 04/30/2008, -1/+4WARNING: The Number One Enemy America has today sits along the Potomac there in Washington DC; and has been, for at least, the last 60 years.
Under the guise of National Security, a common euphemism used today being: "It's for the children" in that they've taken money out of our pocket via the IRS (which is the enforcement arm of the global bank) to nation build and arm-twist other nations all over the world - which means the same things as what other nations describe as America Imperialism...the CIA, and other secret pet projects by our government, in the practice of what can be called fraud and abuse, and capped off with deception has resulted in a rogue government operating out of DC that has no correlation with that of the American people it gets paid Big Bucks to represent; and isn't doing so secretively anymore, but rather are very brazen in these most recent times about not being for the American people, but pro-big global government. - victorypup, on 04/30/2008, -0/+5As a third party goes, the Constitution party is committed to Constitutional ideals. This in itself will no doubt cause many to shy away given the fact that our Constitution has become a foreign document in the eyes of our body politic. George W Bush has been said to call it "just a --- ---- piece of paper". His actions in office reflect that statement to a T. America's lawlessness in government is a symptom of a greater problem, and that is, the displaced 'Law's of God' in the heart of the American people. What we see is an age old display of mans rebellion against God's Character, and purpose for his creation. Turn to God America, do not compromise your conscience, vote for a man with principle and Godly perspective. You do not have such a person in any of the 3 one party candidates.
- VinBea, on 04/30/2008, -3/+7I concur whole heartedly with the notion that there is a ground swell of fervent Constitutional - founding fathers of our nation - type patriotism sweeping America during this time of global changes bring brought about by the global elites ruling over us from DC, to England, France, and other places on the map -- which brings me to a caveat, a - WARNING - that if it turns out to be true, that our government, which I do believe is enemy number one working against the American people itself for global government reasons, was in fact complicit in what happened on 9/11/01; than we also know that it might serve these global government elites to withhold reservation about being complicit again in SHOCKING the American people via the 'tool' of fear, back into being herded like sheep back into the mailais the global government depends so heavily upon in order to drive the world into its global village!
I'm not a prophet, but my gut WARNS me that it is precisely because of the fact that there is a ground swell of patriotic fervor (such was coursing through the veins of this nation's founding fathers) so as to not make the same mistake again in electing another 'wolf' , another George W. Bush to represent us, that we be most vigilant if 9/11/01, and Katrina, have taught us anything about our own government and how it operates in the real world of today, and where it is we are today!- michael4lsu, on 04/30/2008, -2/+7I believe this is more than just a gut feeling, but a most highly likely scenario, and many people are aware of this. It's been done several times before in one way or another and will be done again. The only question is which sort of crisis will be used, or will more than one be used?
Economic collapse (why is it the elite's stated goal to devalue the dollar so much)?
Avian flu pandemic, which they say is inevitable (even though it'd be nearly impossible for that flu to mutate into a human-to-human transmissible form, without the help of biological weapons experts)?
Nuclear or dirty bomb attack, which some neo-cons say is inevitable?
Famine, thanks to the elite's manipulation of the agriculture industry?
Peak oil crisis as created by the elite's intentional withholding of oil production?
Any other form of major terrorist attack on our soil carried out by CIA-trained Islamo-fascists?
There is plenty of evidence out there that the elite are planning and expecting something big, because they are making extensive preparations and expecting to enact Martial Law in the very near future. This is more than just a gut feeling.- TYRONEBR549, on 04/30/2008, -2/+8The evidence to anyone who doesn't have his head in the sand is overwhelming. To those who do have their heads in the sand they will not believe it till the lion bites their butt off.
- CBound, on 04/30/2008, -0/+4I think you are overlooking the obvious conclusion to an economic collapse. And it doesn't need a planed trigger to cascade through our nation.
If an economic collapse happens, we as a nation will not be a world player a few years after such an event. If we can't pay for our military, can't buy the world's goods and can't produce our own, we will not be able to oppose world government.- michael4lsu, on 04/30/2008, -1/+2I'm well aware that the goal of the elite's master plan is a One World Government. An economic collapse in America would bring the rest of the global economy down with us, and of course the solution would be a completely globalized economy and one world currency and of course one world government to manage it all. I wonder who you mean by "we" as in who would not be able to oppose world government. Our media and our government certainly will not oppose world government. If you mean "we" as in We The People, we wouldn't have a chance at building our own military anyway when the military industrial complex is all for the one world government too anyway. The globalism elitists have been working on this for many decades, they know what they are doing, and have infiltrated every little sector you can imagine to ensure as best as they can that their Master Plan will be carried out without any major roadblocks.
- TYRONEBR549, on 04/30/2008, -2/+5The simple truth is "It doesn't matter who we pick as president". They are all hand picked by the CFR and the others in the global elites rank to do their bidding. So they are going to move forward with their plans whither we like it or not. The million dollar question is what are we going to do about it?
- VinBea, on 04/30/2008, -1/+5Well the one advantage we have (for those of us who know the truth) on our side is, that Americans in larger numbers are beginning to wake up to the smell of total 'rot' coming out of WDC that is putrid, and that smells of decay, from all the years of abuses that have gone on (I'd venture to say, since our founding as a nation, similar to the tares and the wheat the Lord Jesus describes in one of His parables) for way to long; and has in fact actually accelerated exponentially these past 20 years, or so - and even if a lot of those waking up don't fully know what we sense and know here, at least they also are aware that changes are in the air; it being so thick now one can cut it with a butter knife! So at least we have that; which is exactly what the globalists do not want, and will do everything in their power to keep that Pandor's Box from opening...
- victorypup, on 04/30/2008, -1/+5An attack on Iran would facilitate all of your expectations as well. Whereby all the numbers would go into chaos, giving W the answer to the election, ie Martial Law. If we make it to November, barring a Miracle from God, my gut says, Hitlery.
- VinBea, on 04/30/2008, -1/+6It is amazing that the brain-washing of Americans by its government working with and through the msm plank, can't clearly see this obvious effort by its own government to destroy them...
Please, anyone interested in this marched effort to brain-wash Americans to our own destruction, read Alan Stang's recent commentary regarding this commander-in-traitor GW Bush (who's got a global elites who whole heartedly obviously support GW Bush's moves to destroy the American people)...http://digg.com/political_opinion/Victory_in_Iraq_ ...- victorypup, on 04/30/2008, -2/+4Excellent article VinBea, I tried to shout it but not sure I succeeded.

- kemp34, on 04/30/2008, -2/+4I call for a debate featuring Paul, Obama, Hillary, McCain, Baldwin, Barr and Gravel.
Debate all serious policies, no BS.- VinBea, on 04/30/2008, -0/+4kemp34 - I can almost guarantee if just such a debate occurred, such as you suggest here without the BS, there might very well be a referendum to hold the election the next day; and before any more damage can be done to America by the treasonous traitors that masquerade as our representatives - which by the way they've governed since being elected prove they're anything but for the American people - and perhaps following that, some justice and accountability for a change, in which elected politicians past and present who've served themselves at expense to the American people be judged for their sedition as any good nation worth its weight in gold and some common sense would do...
- BigB8615, on 05/01/2008, -2/+0GOD0S0WORD - I understand the desire to have a president who shares the same faith as you. I too pray for such. What I find interesting is your prediction of hell on earth if it doesn't happen this election. I am no self proclaimed prophet but I just don't believe that the next leader of the USA is really going to change God's plan for the entire world one way or the other. God identifies with us personally, not by which country we live in. And while He desires us to desire Him I think it is dangerous to presume a portal of hell opening on earth just because of which political candidate wins the election in one specific country. Have you found the US in the Bible yet? I have not. And while I am proud to live in the US I don't make the mistake of thinking God is American. God is not a democracy. As Christians we live in a monarchy and we all serve one King. As Christians we are not even citizens of this country or even this earth but of the Kingdom of Heaven. The bible tells us that God is in control and that He appoints our leaders for His purposes. Desiring Ron Paul is honorable and certainly our right to vote for our desires is a blessing. Hope and pray for Ron Paul but you, we, should also pray for whomever wins.
- spinningplates2, on 05/01/2008, -0/+0All of you people who have not tried to warn GODOSOWORD that he is getting crazy over this last winter will be held partially resonsible for his disconnect with reality. You really got to get over Ron Paul. He has been a gloom and doom prophet from the late 1970's when I first bought silver for $11.00 an ounce from him.
- Ruler4you, on 05/01/2008, -0/+1Initial sounds from any 'candidate' are usually enough to make you want to hear more. Unfortunately, that's how Judas Carter came to power. He was an idiot unknown, next thing we know we have a moron for president and he nearly sacked this nation single handedly.
If you have the time and the inclination and like to watch 'You Tube' I wouldn't mind an opinion on a couple of vids: Lindsey Williams (Energy Non crisis) and John Perkins (Confessions of an economic hit man)
