- lepster10101, on 10/14/2008, -0/+29Everywhere you look there's another republican trying to distance him/herself from Sarah Palin. I'm starting to get the feeling they've realised the game is up and are planning for 2012 instead. I bet a right few republican senators have had a telephone call going something like this. "What in the name of christ were you thinking? I give you money and you put this retard onto the ticket. It's the last time you get ***** from me..... That Obama fella seems to have his head screwed on the right way."
Goodbye Sarah. We won't be seeing you again.- dBass, on 10/15/2008, -0/+2Compared to Ms. Palin, Dan Quayle looks like he's John F. Kennedy.
McCain, you spineless dolt.
- dBass, on 10/15/2008, -0/+2Compared to Ms. Palin, Dan Quayle looks like he's John F. Kennedy.
- d2002, on 10/14/2008, -0/+20Noonan's quote was too kind. The only way "Palin" and "competent" can exist in the same sentence is if you put the word "not" in the middle of it.

That is so...- seltaeb4, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1Mean, but funny in a sick way.

- deem1890, on 10/14/2008, -0/+21Martin Luther King walk and march to avoid
the uprising of the people for equality... McCain and Palin are instilling
bring racial division back to win an election,...disgusting to the Republicans.
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said, "The ultimate measure of a man is not where
he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at
times of challenge and controversy."- jackieblu, on 10/14/2008, -0/+3Thank you! God Bless MLK!
- Sparkster185, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1Why are you
putting line breaks in random
places? - magus_melchior, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1The party of Lincoln, indeed. Lincoln, I suspect, would be among the first to issue sharp criticism of McCain and Palin for their rhetoric.
- 8213981283, on 10/14/2008, -18/+2Interesting video, inaccurate sensational title --> buried
- ObamAmerican48, on 10/14/2008, -0/+2Buried for burying something you don't want to hear.
- 8213981283, on 10/14/2008, -1/+1lol, I loved this interview, certainly liked what i heard.
The title of this post on the other hand tries to turn a rumor into fact... therefor i buried it.
If i could, I would most likely vote for Obama,
don't assume to much just because i didn't add "Palin is an idiot", or something of the kind

- ObamAmerican48, on 10/14/2008, -0/+11There are too many conservatives distancing themselves not only from Stalin, but McSleaze as well. Too bad MY FRIEND Johnny lost his way and turned into a bad guy. I hope he manages to redeem himself when he returns to the senate chambers with his old, tired tail tucked between his wrinkled up scrotum.
Hopefully some good will come out of all of this hatefulness McStalin has inspired. - jackieblu, on 10/14/2008, -1/+11But, but - McCain and Sarah are soule mates, and both so mavericky. Maybe he should just do her and get over with, and then maybe get her off the ticket, although he's running out of time! Oh well, that's what happens when you have no judgement, Knee jerk reactions, and erritiac behavior!
- dn11, on 10/15/2008, -0/+13*WHITE House officials. When the Bush White House thinks you're incompetent, you know it's bad.
- magus_melchior, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1They should know, as FEMA staged a fake press conference to hide their incompetence.
- avataros, on 10/15/2008, -1/+9But is Palin going to try to use this 08 campaign as a stepping stone for a '12 run? Run as a martyr on a doomed ticket, but putting all the blame on McCain for not being conservative enough? The far-right base may be big enough to give her a good run....
- Treshnell, on 10/15/2008, -0/+17It was a publicity stunt from the beginning, and a dangerous one. If somehow McCain made it into office with her as the VP, we'd be in a good position to be a hell of a lot worse off than most of what Bush managed to do.
- bongfarmer, on 10/15/2008, -1/+14If Obama runs the white house half as competently as he runs this campaign, and the conservatives have the primary civil war their gearing up for 2012 will be a cakewalk too
To me it looks like the entire republican strategy of passionately hating "people who talk all smart like" was a short term success and could be a long term disaster that pushes out more and more educated people. the entire culture of anyone who knows ***** is an elitist and a bad person. Bush? Palin? The entire world is laughing at you. Do you think this ***** would pass in any other first world country? - nesstoria, on 10/15/2008, -0/+6I hope the GOP waits,to run Palin off. She's really working wonders for Obama/Biden camp. When all this is over and she goes back to Alaska,I bet that they are going to impeach her.I've been hearing all over the net from her fellow Alaskans about how embarrassed and ashamed they are of her.I think that they to have really gotten to see what she's really about.
- MariaFullofMace, on 10/15/2008, -0/+5MC CAN'T=
Fail.
Go Obama! - kw7777777, on 10/15/2008, -0/+12When those in a George Bush White-House are rejecting your Republican VP pick.....you know you've made a big mistake! WOW!
- Kahawa, on 10/15/2008, -0/+9Thank God for Stephen Colbert. And for honest, conscientious journalists and columnists in general. Good for Ms. Parker. We need more of this right up until the election.
- netneutrality, on 10/15/2008, -1/+6The paranoid side of me says that some White House officials would probably love to have a weak president that they could control.
- seltaeb4, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1Just like they do now...
Remember, Cheney headed up Bush's Cabinet Selection committee, and in this nation of over 300 million people, found no one more qualified than *himself* to serve as vice-president.
- seltaeb4, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1Just like they do now...
- LordStandley, on 10/15/2008, -0/+6McCain picked a retard as his running mate and the country is calling him on it.
- TheVirus, on 10/15/2008, -0/+9The sad thing is she doesn't understand why. She's truly clueless.
- soteek, on 10/15/2008, -0/+7McCain + Palin = FAIL
- Cuchanu, on 10/15/2008, -0/+2McFalin
- empirefalling, on 10/15/2008, -0/+5Both are criminals and both need to face local and international justice.
- dildoolielly, on 10/15/2008, -0/+4"Oh, I forgot, I have a baby with Down Syndrome, I have to go, sorry!"
Aren't you McCain supporters embarrassed? Hell, I'm embarrassed for you. - dildoolielly, on 10/15/2008, -1/+8Why won't smart people take her seriously?
Because the speeches and scripts written for Palin and McCain are directed at the lowest common denominator of our society, for those that need their thoughts emailed to them. However their diatribe is an absolute insult to the intellect of any rational, logical thinking person.
Their scripts are designed for chumps. They're dishonest and promise how-to information, then delivers a bunch of “You-can-do-it” platitudes instead.
They are written for a demographic of lunatics, perverts, psychotics, derilics, retards, criminals, pedophiles and insane and mis-abused people.
Now listen, you can forget Palin is a creationist. She wants it taught in schools that Bible-God created everything in 6 days.
You can forget Palin is an airheaded, po-dunk status seeking beauty queen from whothefvckcares, Alaska
You can forget Palin married a drop-out, drunk driving, snowmobile racer.
You can forget they have a pregnant teenage daughter...
You can forget Palin accepted VP when she just had a baby 2 months ago especially a baby with down syndrome?
You can forget McCain didn't even know who the fvck Palin was until 2 days before he nominated her,
But DON'T EVER FORGET the fact that Palin is totally inexperienced for the job at hand
If you think this lady should hold one of the most important seats in our Gov't, you need to go read our nation's constitution. If you still don't get it, you need to go have your head examined.
Listen Folks, these people have no understanding of real family values. They do not follow our constitution, they are Creationists, which is why they should never be allowed anywhere near the seat of our Gov't.
These psychopaths belong in "whothefvckcares, Alaska"!
And for all those idiots spewing, "Obama has no experience". You're idiots! Obama has ten years experience in public office, more than the two other leading Democratic candidates, Hillary Clinton (six-plus years as Senator from New York) and John Edwards (six years as Senator from North Carolina). Barack's spent eight years spent in the Illinois senate before his two years (and counting) of service in the U.S. Senate.
And, NO, I'm not a fvcking Democrat! I'm a Ron Paul supporter, but Obama or McCain is a no-brainer.- seltaeb4, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1@dildoolielly: "Their scripts are designed for chumps... they are written for a demographic of lunatics, perverts, psychotics, derilics, retards, criminals, pedophiles and insane and mis-abused people."
That's as insightful a two-line description of the Republican Party's core supporters as I've ever read... kudos!
- seltaeb4, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1@dildoolielly: "Their scripts are designed for chumps... they are written for a demographic of lunatics, perverts, psychotics, derilics, retards, criminals, pedophiles and insane and mis-abused people."
- Treshnell, on 10/15/2008, -4/+3Won't we all feel silly if Obama is a deep-cover Republican operative and McCain/Palin's entire reason for existence is to make him look like the obvious best choice. Fight against the Republicans! Vote for McCain/Palin!
- Cuchanu, on 10/15/2008, -0/+4You just blew my mind, man.
- kezia1, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1I so wish I was high for his comment.
- Cuchanu, on 10/15/2008, -0/+4You just blew my mind, man.
- Cuchanu, on 10/15/2008, -0/+2And yet you have the rabid Palin supporters who are thinking "PALIN in oh twelve!"
- riverrunner, on 10/15/2008, -0/+2they are delusional, just like the mccain 08 supporters.
- poprocksandsoda, on 10/15/2008, -7/+2Sorry, but no one cares what Kathleen Parker has to say. She can't get anyone "on the record" because she has zero cred. This is the same lady that said Palin had "redeemed herself". You Dems are so easily amused by propoganda and disinformation.
- kezia1, on 10/15/2008, -0/+3YES YES YES YES YES!
- algaeturd, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1Leave her on! Leave her on! She's one of the best things going for the democrats right now. I'm all for Obama but nobody can argue that her getting on this ticket didn't help tilt the polls in Obama/Biden favor.
- holesome, on 10/15/2008, -0/+1McCain gets to pick whoever he wants for a running mate - it's one of the few insights into his leadership we've got to work with. Remember, he's been a congressman for 25+ years, which is by no means an executive/leadership position. This is much more illuminating for voters than hearing talking points echoed.
