politicususa.com — This evening a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll was released tonight, and although the numbers are the same as last month, it looks like this election will be a referendum on Barack Obama. Voters seem to like Obama, but they also view him as inexperienced. We'll look at what this poll reveals about voters' impressions of both Obama and McCain.
