It also uses the word "African" to indicate race -- replacing the correct, and then universally used word, "Negro" with a term that not only betrays its modern, politically-correct geneis, but IN NO WAY is an indication of a person's race.
I can just imagine the forger, so hobbled by the demands of political correctness that he was incapable of bringing himself the use "Negro" despite its authenticity.
