Jesse Jackson- Obama will turn his back on Israel
nypost.com — Jackson warns that he isn't an Obama confidant or adviser, "just a supporter." But he adds that Obama has been "a neighbor or, better still, a member of the family." Jackson's son has been a close friend of Obama for years, and Jackson's daughter went to school with Obama's wife Michelle.

- mm911, on 10/14/2008, -9/+32Jesse Jackson is an irrelevant media whore. Obama would still be a low-level local pol in Chicago if he actually consulted with this guy on issues of any importance.
- diggFunction, on 10/14/2008, -3/+13Racist!
- JWNimrod, on 10/15/2008, -0/+4IDIOT!
- SAR2009, on 10/15/2008, -1/+6Marvelous use of sarcasm, even though some didn't catch it. Well played . . . .
Plus I truly like and fully agree with the comments you make on your profile.
- mano601, on 10/14/2008, -1/+6diggFunction...that must be a joke. Right?!
- SAR2009, on 10/15/2008, -1/+5Look at the user profile - it was *definitely* sarcasm.
- diggFunction, on 10/14/2008, -3/+13Racist!
- mano601, on 10/14/2008, -4/+24ISRAEL! Not Jews. Come on people. We need the blind Jewish vote to win this, so let's be clear. We're turning our back on Israel, not the Jewish population in the US.
- orlandorays, on 10/14/2008, -7/+1There are many who believe in the Jewish conspiracy that believe Obama would be an even bigger supporter of them.
- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -2/+2There are many who believe the many who believe in that conspiracy somehow escaped their straitjackets are now running free among the normal people.

- diggFunction, on 10/14/2008, -2/+25I lot of promises by the one will not be kept.
He is a politician they have problem following through with promises. - ObamaIsCarter2, on 10/14/2008, -3/+29Of course Obama will cause America to turn its back on Israel...just because he is not a practicing Muslim does not mean he will not pander to Islamic causes worldwide and the #1 Islamic cause since Israel was re-established in 1948 has been to dismantle Israel and Barack Obama will clearly be siding with the Muslims on this issue, despite his campaign promises to the contrary!!
- GlobalRoamer, on 10/16/2008, -0/+1Washington - Louis Farrakhan, leader of the Nation of Islam and icon of black antisemitism in America, is emerging once again as a prominent factor in the political arena, causing trouble not only for Democratic presidential frontrunner Barack Obama but also for a number of other political candidates.
In a February 24 speech in Chicago marking the Nation of Islam’s “Saviours’ Day,” Farrakhan spent the better part of two hours praising Obama and declaring him “the savior.” Presumably aware of the negative impact his endorsement was likely to have on the Illinois senator’s presidential bid, Farrakhan went out of his way to avoid openly embracing Obama’s candidacy, warning that “the enemy” would use his words “to create controversy to stop our brother from the success that seems to be in his path.”

- Zacktopia, on 10/14/2008, -0/+26"(Rev Jackson) promised 'fundamental changes' in US foreign policy - saying America must 'heal wounds' it has caused to other nations..."
If Jackson followed through on what he was caught whispering into an open mic, Bamie would have his own wounds to heal. - bernk1, on 10/14/2008, -3/+19THE ARTICLE'S ORIGINAL TITLE: THE O JESSE KNOWS - JACKSON ON OBAMA'S AMERICA
- pearcewg, on 10/15/2008, -3/+32Ending support for Israel..."A Change We Can Believe In".
Why would any Jewish American vote for Obama? There is no way that Obama can be better for Israel than McCain.- DCMacHead, on 10/15/2008, -1/+9I think that's something that could really ***** up the Democrats' electoral plan and I doubt it's something that's captured in the polls. It appears as though the CBS poll is an outlier and McCain's at the same spot Bush was in the past 2 election cycles.
- fwelch, on 10/15/2008, -1/+16
Man there have been so many things said about this guy. The only thing I can think of now after so many years is:
Shhhh listen! I just heard a big loud fart in the wilderness.................... - solid12345, on 10/15/2008, -4/+20For all those who whine that America props up Israel read this blog
http://windowintopalestine.blogspot.com/2008/05/us ...
Supporting Israel is strategic, nothing more, has nothing to do with shadowy AIPAC conspiracies or religious right-wingers, and this is coming form a pro-Palestine site. - BigTomato, on 10/15/2008, -1/+26FTA - "PREPARE for a new America: That's the message that the Rev. Jesse Jackson conveyed to participants in the first World Policy Forum, held at this French lakeside resort last week.
He promised "fundamental changes" in US foreign policy ... the most important change would occur in the Middle East, where "decades of putting Israel's interests first" would end."
Does this mean that Iranian interests would receive our support? May God save us all if Obama wins this election!!! - ShylockHolmes, on 10/15/2008, -11/+7Are you guys campaigning for obama or what?
- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -4/+2Are you campaigning for stupid? You're way ahead in the polls.
- ShylockHolmes, on 10/16/2008, -1/+1So is your face.
- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -4/+2Are you campaigning for stupid? You're way ahead in the polls.
- JWNimrod, on 10/15/2008, -1/+17"Barack is determined to repair our relations with the world of Islam and Muslims," Jackson says. "Thanks to his background and ecumenical approach, he knows how Muslims feel while remaining committed to his own faith."
Ya, right. I think the messiah's own faith is in himself, or Bill Ayers, or Saul Alinsky, or Karl Marx. Jesse must be politiking to be Sec of State during the regime of the most merciful. - SpenderH, on 10/15/2008, -1/+17Q: How can Jewish Americans consider voting for Obama?
A. He tells them what they want to hear when he's addressing them. They just better not listen to what he tells other people. - onthetrail, on 10/15/2008, -2/+8Exactly this is coming to the fore How terrible with the lioes, economy and his racist lying agenda.Maybe he is the false christ telling itching ears what they want to hear,While associating and collasping the economy this sounds like the doctrine by Marx on How to collapse a free democracy. He want us to kill our babies,While their is none in the Muslim society,His cousin is a deadly ruler Odingo in Kenya and wants Obama to support them with guns, and weapons, and want to come here because of the enviromental conditions supposely there,They are for hiding radical Muslim terrorists against any laws,
And Obama has much money to spread his rhetoric and his loving family values here in his 24 hour a day tv ads,
Total lies,Where will We be if we support this insanity?
certainly not free, A socialistic society,no rights> - Indyanna, on 10/15/2008, -0/+11fta: Will Obama's election close the chapter of black grievances linked to memories of slavery? The reverend takes a deep breath and waits a long time before responding.
"No, that chapter won't be closed," he says.
Of course he would say that! For Jackson, it's job security. Stirring up hatred and a desire for revenge is his only means staying in the spotlight, which in turn leads to $$$. The only thing this man knows, the only thing that he is known for, is racism. Not much of a legacy, if you ask me. - notmiserable, on 10/15/2008, -3/+7As radial as Mr.Jackson I tend to believe him,First time I guess,
But remember he said he would like to cut ABMs nuts off!!!- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -0/+1ABM? Is this a second guy who should be worrying about castration?
- joinforfree, on 10/15/2008, -2/+3I love the way Jesse Jackson gets right to the facts.
- GlobalRoamer, on 10/16/2008, -0/+1Yea, it's kind of like listening to Charles Manson.
- ssn697, on 10/15/2008, -3/+4What did Mr. HymieTown-Hillary supporter say again? Obama gets elected, and Jesse is *****.
What a media whore. - Christianptriot, on 10/15/2008, -3/+7For someone who places the title "Reverend" in front of his name, he sure seems to lack understanding of the scriptural importance of supporting God's chosen children.
- Hillsfar, on 10/15/2008, -2/+3Ahh, yes. Slander from the same Reverend "*****" Jackson who said (while thinking the mic was off) that he hated Obama and wanted to cut his balls off.
Jackson knows he didn't win the Democratic nomination a few elections back because he was controversial and ran on hate rather than on hope. - TruthinessHurts, on 10/15/2008, -6/+7By "turn his back" does he mean "let them deal with their own ***** and stop wasting US resources"?
Because I'm all for that.- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -5/+1I think you just converted a dozen or so voters into Republicans.
- SydBloom, on 10/15/2008, -4/+7When Oopsie tried to link John McCain to slavery it was a moment of clarity to see who these Obamabots are. But the reality? Obama will start-up the ovens as quick as he can to deal with his "Jewish Problem"...
- legolas68, on 10/15/2008, -3/+8In a terrible twist: If we leave Israel alone, they will take care of the problem with their neighbors themselves. I believe the United States has been holding them back all these years from making glass parking lots out of Syria and Iran.
Be careful what you wish for Mr. Jackson.- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -2/+2Yeah I'm sure Israel would take on the entire middle, if only it weren't for America! I guess it has nothing to do with that being incredibly stupid? Wait I'm requesting logic from you, your head probably started smoking before you hit this sentence.
- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -1/+1Oh wait, I misunderstood your comment. Bury me for stupidity.
- brightlight4, on 10/16/2008, -0/+1Why are you so DOWNRIGHT rude Schizotik? Or are you a Schitzoid yourself???
- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -2/+2Yeah I'm sure Israel would take on the entire middle, if only it weren't for America! I guess it has nothing to do with that being incredibly stupid? Wait I'm requesting logic from you, your head probably started smoking before you hit this sentence.
- uppitydiggers, on 10/15/2008, -2/+3This is music to Jesse's ears, because it might lead to a reduction in the number of "hymies" (if I may steal a phrase from Jesse) we have in the US.
- maxpower17@digg, on 10/15/2008, -2/+1GOOD
- apastafarian, on 10/15/2008, -2/+1The NY Post using Jesse Jackson as a source to "get" Obama...the irony just keeps getting better. Forget that Jackson hasn't supported Obama before the general election, forget that Jesse isn't involved in the campaign or Obama's inner circle at all, forget that Obama has pledged support for Israel over and over, if Jesse says it it must be true!
- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -0/+1You're mad because Jesse is removing the veil from your almighty leader.
- 911ArtStudent, on 10/15/2008, -3/+10***** Israel.
- SchizotiK, on 10/16/2008, -7/+3That's not physically possible silly antisemite. Well I guess it might be, but you'd have to dig a little hole (really little in your case), and....well you get the idea. I don't suggest you do that, by the way.
- 911ArtStudent, on 10/16/2008, -0/+8You certainly are literal-minded chouch
- brightlight4, on 10/16/2008, -0/+1THAT was not an anti semite comment it was just a way of giving vent to feelings, not like you Schizotik, you are personal and down right rude!!! Where DID you get your education? Jewish schools teach you to be so agressive?

I don't care how much you disagree/hate/despise/whatever, no man should ever make threats of another man's ballistic missile- n0gnuz, on 10/16/2008, -0/+7I agree that he's a complete tool. That being said, America doesn't exist to serve the interests of Zionist militants and Jewish extremists.
- 7Mystery, on 10/16/2008, -0/+2Agreed.
- n0gnuz, on 10/16/2008, -0/+7I agree that he's a complete tool. That being said, America doesn't exist to serve the interests of Zionist militants and Jewish extremists.
- n0gnuz, on 10/16/2008, -0/+5Israel is a wealthy state 6,000 miles away with nuclear weapons that has not only committed terrorism against the US (Lavon), committed mass murder of American servicemen (Liberty), committed espionage against America on a regular basis, maintains a state-funded standing foreign lobby with dominance over our foreign policy and election financing (AIPAC), and pressures our government to send young Americans to die in its crusade against the Arab world.
Barack Obama should have the Israel lobby investigated, stop supporting Israel, and try to fix the damaged relationship with the Arab world (which happens to have the lifeblood of the American economy underground).
Buried for whiny Judeocentrism and propaganda. - CoolHandLuke70, on 10/28/2008, -0/+2Screw Israel. We would not have a lot of the problems we do in the Middle East if it were not for our adoption of Israel as the 51st state.
- NPodhoretz14, on 10/28/2008, -1/+1One can only wish for such things to become true.
