McCain Aide Linked to Bush Library Scandal
huffingtonpost.com — Earlier this month, Bush associate Stephen Payne was caught taking cash for "access to Bush". The Times reports that a top adviser to Sen. John McCain, lobbyist Randy Scheunemann, has direct ties to the company that is alleged to have funneled the funds.

Payne was taking bribes for access to Bush. He quit after an investigation was launched.
Now it's been reported that he also took $2 million for access to Dick Cheney.
