McCain booed by rabid supporters for defending Obama
crooksandliars.com — A man is afraid to raise his unborn child under Obama and a woman thinks that Obama's an Arab. Classy.

- bablhous, on 10/11/2008, -0/+7The Crazies have been given permission to display their fears and attack the 'enemy.' McCain looks like he's been snake-bit...and he has...by his own rhetoric.
Some tiny bit of balance has been restored to the Universe. A really, really tiny bit, true. But it's there. - steveoco, on 10/11/2008, -0/+5That is why America continues to fail, lack of education and critical thinkers. Pick it up America and show the world you are better than this.
- youareretarded, on 10/11/2008, -0/+6I'll say this (and probably get dugg down as well).
I think McCains response was that of the true McCain and I think he responded as appropriately as I would have expected. Had McCain been running this type of campaign and the one he ran in 2000 I think this would be a totally different presidential race than we have now.
Unfortunately who ever is running his campaign isn't doing McCain any favors and is most likely causing him lost votes among the undecided.- AmericanElitist, on 10/11/2008, -0/+3Agreed. I completely disagree with McCain on almost all issues and therefore support Obama, whom I agree with on almost all issues and believe is the right person for America right now. However, I used to at least respect McCain and had lost all of that over the last couple of months. This brings back a speck of that. Palin, Ayers, and the constant fear-mongering leave a lot of making up to do, but I am glad to see him doing the right thing, today at least.
- dnacid, on 10/11/2008, -0/+2What McCain has been doing in the campaign is like what the US has been doing in the international stages for the past few decades: building up "friends" regardless of who they are as long as they support him. But these "friends" become less controllable, they start causing problems that was not intended in the first place.
As the McCain campaign tries to find supporters from those that are easily manipulated by the McCain false information, they will grow in number and start to deviate from the public. I hope the McCain campaign will fire their strategists and get some decent people instead.
