Obama's Comprehensive Energy Plan
zennie2005.blogspot.com — Barack Obama introduced a bold new plan that brought Republicans and Democrats, CAFE supporters and long-time opponents together in support of legislation that will gradually increase fuel economy standards, "real as opposed to hypothetical results." - NoDrama, on 07/08/2008, -1/+6Obama has been a leader in the Senate in pushing for a comprehensive national energy policy. He introduced a number of bills to get us closer to the goal of energy independence. He's found bi-partisan support and common ground on CAFE, renewable fuels, and clean coal.
McCain's continued decisions to attack him on the issues where Obama gets it mystifies me. First the economy, which McCain admits he doesn't understand anyway, and now energy? http://obamesque.wordpress.com/2008/07/07/mccain-d ...- littlequeenie, on 07/08/2008, -1/+1Which issue can McSame legitimately attack Obama on?
Nada, not a single one.
Did you hear that now - even with extending Bushie's tax cuts and having corporate tax cuts, continuing the wars, offshore-drilling AND a gas tax holiday (not to mention the $30M he will pay to the person who invents a better car battery), he will balance the budget before the end of his 1st term!!
Can he really be that delusional?

Geritol in the morning with his coffee and doughnuts.
Metamucil at lunch to get him going.
Milk of Magnesia before bed to make sure he can get going the next day! - mathewsj, on 08/05/2008, -0/+1inaccurate it's Obama's empty suit versus Obama's lies.
