- hfp7461, on 12/06/2007, -1/+12I am a Christian and believe on the foundation that the Founding Fathers has laid before us. The Constitution is LAW for the GOVERNMENT, not people. We should require Government to follow the Constitution. When they failed to follow the Constitution, they, especially Hillary Clinton, failed us. They should be FIRED through voting booth.
Ron Paul is the BEST candidate for President. He always follow the Constitution, and has walk the talk through his tenure as a Congressman. I will vote for him period.
Let me share with you Bible verse that reflect on the Candidate.....
Proverbs 29:2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
Proverbs 14:34a Righteousness exalteth a Nation.
Ron Paul is the most righteousness man a Nation of America needed. If he is elected President, the people will rejoice tremendously!- GhandiTheSecond, on 12/11/2007, -0/+3Amen to that.
- jorj31, on 12/08/2007, -0/+17I think this man and his platform deserve serious consideration by all Americans.
- QuantumBios, on 12/11/2007, -0/+11George Washington said, "Liberty, once it takes root, is a plant of rapid growth." And I'm sure he hadn't even dreamed of the internet!

- MarKhaKhan, on 12/11/2007, -0/+6I had submitted an original content story on Dr. Ron Paul to Digg. It gave unbiased statistical data that was very favorable to Dr. Paul. It was buried by the Digg community.
The story headline was "Ron Paul will place 2nd or 3rd in both Iowa & New Hampshire".
The synopsis was "Statistical analysis shows that Dr. Paul is rapidly gaining in the polls -- more rapidly than some people may realize. His gains and momentum is such that it is highly probable that his poll rankings will increase in both states."
Here is a story that shows that articles submitted to Digg about Dr. Paul are being buried at a much higher rate than those for other candidates. Go to http://www.zaphu.com/2007/09/24/internet-censorshi ...
I had the audacity to submit a favorable story about Dr. Paul.
At least this is one place where they should have less ability to suppress or censor this information.
Here it is, in its entirety.
10 December 2007
Dear Friends,
The Ron Paul poll shows support still in the single digits but when I look at the most recent state polls, we are seeing numbers in various states that are now from 5 to 8 percent. A few months ago, the numbers were around 2 percent.
His national poll numbers are increasing at a rapid rate. This might not be obvious due to the range in which they had started.
The average of the various national polls showed him at 2.4% in September, 3.45% in October and 4.95% in November. (That October number is 43% greater than the September number and the November number is 43% greater than the October number.) At such a rate of increase, he should be at 7% nationally by the end of December, 10% by the end of January, 14.7% by the end of February and 21% by the end of March. (There is, of course, a point where that 43% per month increase rate cannot sustain. It is mathematically impossible because what is increasing at 43% per month right now is the percentage of people who say they would vote for him. That can only go to 100%.)
My current analysis of the polls in Iowa and New Hampshire, show that, at the current rate of increase, he should be at 9.6% in Iowa by 3 Jan. -- the date of the Iowa caucuses. That would give him a third-place finish there -- behind Huckabee (who may possibly go as high as 42%) and Romney (at perhaps 18.6%). A third-place finish in Iowa, per the Ron Paul election web site is what would be realistic should the fundraising goal be met. It looks realistic to me, based on number crunching. Such a show in Iowa would put him ahead of Giuliani (at 9.1%), Thompson (at 8.7%) and McCain (at 5.4%). (Note: These are my predictions, based on statistical projections.)
With the additional exposure that he is going to get when his campaign raises what should be an incredible amount of money on the December 16 Tea Party, it is not out of the question for him to even edge Romney out of second place in Iowa. The campaign is almost up to 11 million dollars raised so far this quarter with a goal of 12 million by the end of December. I wouldn't be surprised if as much as ten million is raised on 16 December alone.)
As for New Hampshire, I project that he will be polling 9.7% on 8 Jan. -- the day of the New Hampshire primary -- if the current rate of increase in his New Hampshire poll standings continues.
Right now, my number-crunching, shows the following results for New Hampshire -- again, if current trends continue only at their current rates:
Romney 37.9%
McCain 19.2%
Giuliani 13.8%
Huckabee 12.3%
Paul 9.7%
Thompson 1.1%
Note that Paul would only be 4.2% out of third place. It is entirely possible that a third (or even second) place finish in Iowa would boost interest in him amongst New Hampshire voters, making a third-place finish in New Hampshire not out of the question. Even McCain's second-place finish is not secure against an increased wave of excitement and support for Paul.
We are still 24 days away from the Iowa caucuses and 29 days from the New Hampshire primary. I have been sending email about Ron Paul for a number of weeks now. I have had positive feedback and comments about the results of my emails being forwarded to others -- with the results being those others then discovering Ron Paul, getting excited and in turn telling yet others.
This Ron Paul candidacy is not the hopeless cause that is being presented by many media pundits and writers. What they are doing is practicing "gray propaganda" -- slipping in their negative message by saying some things about Ron Paul with which readers might agree.
Eighty percent of the public will be able to see Ron Paul for the genuine article that he is -- a man with the potential for going down in history with the likes of Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln. Just encourage them to listen to him and not to news media interpretation or twisting of his words.
The rest will be history.
Note: The source of statistical data upon which I based my number crunching is primarily
http://www.usaelectionpolls.com/ - MarKhaKhan, on 12/11/2007, -0/+5Well, the censors and content police have now buried this story, apparently only hours after I posted my comments, which are apparently politically incorrect).
- dcole14, on 12/13/2007, -0/+3I am happy to see the great success of Ron Paul and his supporters. I can't wait to see the numbers roll on December 16, 2007! American Media will not be able to black him out after that! He will be a voice to be reckoned with, and it's all because of his wonderful supporters and and help of God!
- dcole14, on 12/13/2007, -0/+4He will be our next President of the United States of America! Hands down! Landslide! People will stand and watch in amazement when it finally happens! Joy! Joy! Joy!
- urloclcndidate, on 12/13/2007, -0/+4Inspirational
- mrpom, on 12/14/2007, -0/+5Dear Freedom Lovers
Ron Paul's candidacy is a major revolution. The first to change the direction of a philosophical base from statism to individual freedom in app. 140 years. It is a revolution not in the sense the statist government would pursue with force (ie. weapons and fear) death and destruction, but a revolution to bring us towards peace, commerce and productivity.
Most people will not realize for quite some time what we are beginning, but we are truely in the "Right" and we will prevail.
GO! Ron Paul! - mcglory80, on 12/15/2007, -0/+5When I hear about other candidates on T.V like Huckabee I want to throw the television!! I'm so sick of them constantly pushing all these jerks on us when the country desperately needs to hear the true message of
Dr.Paul I'M SICK OF IT!!!!!! - hogghead, on 12/15/2007, -0/+5Everyone Needs to GET OUT & VOTE for RON PAUL!! We Can Make it HAPPEN!!Ron Paul all the way!!
- CourageousLion, on 12/15/2007, -0/+5After writing the article that has circulated though the Internet "Why I Don't Vote" on Lew Rockwell dot com, I am going to have to go back and add a disclaimer at the end of it...You see, Dr. Paul represents the true reason this country was founded. On FREEDOM, LIMITED GOVERNMENT, LIBERTY and SELF GOVERNMENT. He plays the "game" by the rules...I will, after 20+ years of NOT voting will register and VOTE for a man of principle, integrity and honor. Someone this country NEEDS DESPERATELY to help guide us out of the abyss we are heading into. Thank God for a MAN like Ron Paul. A true hero that our children can look up to and be proud to have as our President.
- LoLiver, on 12/17/2007, -0/+6Buying a bumper sticker to show support for Ron Paul: $3
Contributing to America's liberty: $101

- 808Hawaii, on 12/24/2007, -0/+2Its a rude-awakening for me coming from the islands(hawaii). I was more concerned about the waves than the next president until I heard about Ron Paul. He is a man of respect, a man of dignity, a man I can trust. I am doing everything possible here on my island (kauai) to get the TRUTH out! Ron Paul is the rude-awakening much needed for everyone! WAKE UP AMERICANS! Save yourself, vote for Ron Paul!
- pbergn, on 12/25/2007, -0/+1I applaud Dr. Paul for his candid manner and down to earth attitude!
Finally, a breath of fresh air in this stifling atmosphere of cloak and dagger, or should I say, shock-and-awe surrounding us for the past several years.
I have a couple of question for Dr. Paul, though.
Here is the first one:
Does it not contradict to the principles of freedom to force a woman NOT to have an abortion if the child was not conceived by her will and perhaps has deforming and debilitating disease?
Does it not restrict the personal freedom of a female not to be able to decide whether to give birth to a child? I think we have a dilemma here.
Dr. Paul, I would like to hear your position on balancing the individual's reproductive rights and the right of the human fetus to exist.
And also, related, when do you think the life starts - at what stage of development of the fetus? [Since, I assume, you would agree that the couple of cells in the very beginning of conception cannot be considered as an individual, or can they?]
To give you an idea where I stand on this issue, I personally think that following your fine tradition of freedom and non-interference, the decision whether to abort the fetus should be left to the woman and to the medical professionals attending to her health. At no point should the state or the Law interfere with private matters of health of an individual, otherwise I fail to see how the abortion issue is different from forcing other choices upon the individual against his or her will?
The second question:
I would like to ask Dr. Paul in regards to the income tax abolition:
I believe the government has to carry out certain responsibilities, such as maintaining the public infrastructure, the army, police, disaster recovery missions, etc... Now, by abolishing the income tax we will have a dilemma of meeting the requirements of the federal budget. I think the excise and other taxes could serve as a substitute, but I was wondering whether you have an economic team to elaborate your approach a little bit further, since I, as an ordinary citizen, fail to see how by only cutting the spending and abolishing the income tax we could take care of the issues that are for common good. Does your economic team have any ballpark figures to preliminarily prove that the alternative forms of taxation and reduction in spending could in fact be a comparable and better substitute to the income tax?
Also, according to you, what SHOULD remain as public or under government control? For example, should we have public schools, or should all the education be private?
On the final note, I again want to thank you, Dr. Paul, for your selfless patriotism, and firm determination to go where no other candidate ventures to go. I can feel the authenticity in your persona...
My favorite from your policies is the return to the Gold standard as a remedy proposed to address the economic woes caused by inflation. So simple and elegant!
Thank you, sir.
Petros - ConTra1970, on 12/30/2007, -0/+1These comments contain grammar that strongly indicate that the Department of Education failed some people...
- mcglory80, on 12/30/2007, -0/+1A man willing to speak truth to power and back it with an impeccable voting history and common sence that seems to make the other candidates look like drooling chidren, yet to have been potty trained!! No more lesser of two evils, instead a statesman, constitutionalist!! You dont like Dr.Paul?
you are simply uniformed of truth and have no real grasp of American history... - trespasser281, on 01/04/2008, -0/+0All that I can say is I am 17 years old, and Ron Paul has given me hope to rEVOLutionize my country in my first presidential election! Despite the odds not being in his favor, may he be blessed for awakening a politically savvy American people that has for too long been sleeping!
- mediababy, on 01/05/2008, -0/+0Against taxes on tips & an overhaul of the IRS ? I'll vote for him.
- Conservationist, on 01/06/2008, -0/+0Clinton won't change anything, neither will Obama or Huckabee. Paul will.

Most recent article on Ron Paul. - Safat7, on 01/07/2008, -0/+0Ron Paul is the best thing for the Republican Party since Abe Lincoln. Let's hope the Republican Party sees that.
- Syracuse89, on 01/07/2008, -0/+0I agree with a lot of Paul's morals, ideas and hopes for the future. I truly believe he has a chance to make some enormous changes that will be vital for our country and society. I am registering to vote for the first time ever and very excited to say that Ron Paul has my vote and I will be behind him 100%!!
- midgique, on 01/08/2008, -0/+0thanks Ron Paul for getting me excited to participate in politics. in my drudgery of trying to decide the lesser of all the evils to vote for in the 2008 presidential election a friend introduced me to you. since then i have made my first ever political donations, and volunteering as well i want to find a meet up group to join. I wear my RON PAUL shirt with pride. It has been truly frustrating to have elders always saying it's my generations responsibility to fix the country. However, when we attempt to do so we find ourselves battling those very same elders. WHY??? because like so much of the government they are mentally entrenched in process that they have been groomed to believe is correct and working. I dont know, nor can i speak for anyone else but what my government has been doing feels alot like the gas price grooming. were they shoot it up 60 cents then drop it 30 and then we are actually grateful for the 30 cents more that we are paying. RON PAUL whether or not you make the primaries your name WILL be on my ballot. cause i will not caste a vote for an entity that will further drag this country to its knees for the sake of global power and riches.
- maryhoppes, on 01/09/2008, -0/+0Ron Paul has won straw poll after poll. He has set a political money record for the most money received by any political candidate in one day. After debates, he wins the phone polls afterward. Why aren't these things showing up in the votes? Are the vote counts so rigged that Dr. Paul's supporters votes are being counted for someone else? Something has to be done. All the candidates came out to say that there must be "free and fair" elections in Pakistan after Bhutto's death. What about us? Can't we have some FREE AND FAIR vote counts? The Ron Paul Campaign headquarters must do something to help those of us who are out here campaigning and contributing to Dr. Paul's campaign! Use some of that money to help make sure that the vote counts are correct. It's not who we vote for but who's counting the vote. We have to have something done now.
- bastet325, on 01/09/2008, -0/+0I have known for quite some time that our great country is in trouble. In trouble of not being great anymore. Citizens in trouble of losing their liberties that has always been such a big part of what makes our country great. I realized it was worse than I suspected yesterday when I was on helium.com and there was a "debate" about whether the USA would still be around in 100 years. I was suddenly reminded of the fall of the Roman Empire, and there was a very sick feeling in the pit of my stomach.
All of the candidates realize that voters want change. They are all screaming "change" at the top of their lungs. Unfortunately, I don't believe most of them, especially the ones that are just now jumping on the "change" bandwagon. And even the ones that have been saying change all along, don't really have any ideas for the KIND of change this country needs.
Ron Paul does. Ron Paul can save us all, if we are but smart enough to let him.
