S.F. JROTC likely to be on November ballot

sfgate.com — On Monday, dozens of high school students handed in more than 13,600 signatures they collected to place a nonbinding measure on the ballot urging the Board of Education to reverse its decision to dishonorably discharge the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps program. The students - all cadets from the seven high schools with JROTC programs. .
