Rumor: Next iPod nano to be Multi-Colored

gizmodo.com — According to a rumor that's been getting a little traction on the Mac sites, the new iPod nano will be multi-colored. Notice that we said "nano" and not "nanos." Because while the current nano line is offered in multiple colors, 9to5Mac is claiming that the next nano will have more than one color on each model.

      Won't happen anyway. When has an Apple product EVER had more than two colors on it. Go ahead....think on it.

      They pride themselves on simplicity.

      Perhaps they will sell "official" Apple skins for the nano's...but I doubt there will be any complex color schemes available.

Seriously. This is Apple. They know that Multi-color isn't a good thing. The only way I can see this being true is if the casing somehow -changes- color.

  • Coffeedemon, on 07/24/2008, -2/+4If they want to add an "innovation" how about having an option to have the menu button take you from a shuffled song list right to the artist/album listing for a particular song when you're listening. Currently (unless there is some hidden option) all you do is junp right back to the menu and have to hunt for the artist again. Annoying - I could do this on ny Zen until the screen broke and it turned into a 30GB Shuffle. Or maybe a shuffle option that doesn't involve jumping back 2-3 levels in the menu.

    Maybe a couple of hard buttons on the side for joggers to interact with it quickly - I'd love it - colour changes won't do it for me.

      How is this post in any way a bad thing? It's an expression of opinion on a product and some cool changes I'd like to see made.
