    • archivist, on 09/29/2008, -0/+1very ingenious. i've worked recently in a multinational advertising agency (i am doing interactive) and the print department team is never... ever... this close in cleverness with creatives. the problem with big agencies is that they tend to over deliver over mediocre ideas, meaning 20 executions of a lame idea being safe as the medium which these executions will be placed have already been laid out and labeled as "touchpoints" (meaning TV, billboards, ambient, DM, etc). they see this method as a "value-add" to the client but I believe that an idea is most noticed if its not being shoved up to consumers' asses.

      i've always thought less is really more. less execution, more heart.
