- FuryOfThor, on 07/07/2008, -1/+6As long as they hit 88 mph, we're good.
- SPThom, on 07/07/2008, -0/+2If my calculations are correct, when this baby hits eighty-eight miles per hour... you're gonna see some serious *****.
- grayfx007, on 07/07/2008, -2/+12Make like a tree and get outta here.
- ohnoitstaylor, on 07/07/2008, -0/+4That's about as funny as a screen door on a battleship.
- valan, on 07/07/2008, -8/+9is anybody going to make a comment NOT about back to the future?
- Balloondoggies, on 07/07/2008, -1/+3Nope!
Does they still come with Mr Fusion? - PabloMac, on 07/07/2008, -2/+1No, but if I did, it would be a comment on how those pics remind me of the AMC Pacer.
- Balloondoggies, on 07/07/2008, -1/+3Nope!
- minorthreat, on 07/07/2008, -3/+16Thats heavy
- WELLDOITLIVE, on 07/07/2008, -0/+3Actually, it weighs less than a Honda Civic.
Bet you thought I was gonna quote Doc Brown, didn't you? =P - SpectralSounds, on 07/07/2008, -0/+7There's that word again; "heavy". Why are things so heavy in the future? Is there a problem with the earth's gravitational pull?
- WELLDOITLIVE, on 07/07/2008, -0/+3Actually, it weighs less than a Honda Civic.
- Sabazou, on 07/07/2008, -2/+7They found me. I don’t know how, but they found me
- fearlessfx, on 07/07/2008, -1/+3As long as the trunk has enough room for my hoverboard they can put me down as a potential buyer.
- Dchandaman, on 07/07/2008, -1/+4this car is super bad ass
- noahhoward, on 07/07/2008, -3/+3The one in the movies looked better... from certain angles this lookes like an unpainted VW Rabbit or AMC Gremlin
- nonymous666, on 07/07/2008, -0/+2The ones in the pictures look exactly like how classic Deloreans looked.
The ones in the movies were heavily modified / propped-out.- noahhoward, on 07/08/2008, -1/+1And? In my opinion the ones in the movies looked better than the production vehicle.
- nonymous666, on 07/07/2008, -0/+2The ones in the pictures look exactly like how classic Deloreans looked.
- MrZaiko, on 07/07/2008, -1/+4I used to check on the DMC website a while back, i think 1999, about how the new Delorean was Coming out soon. and you had to buy a wristWatch or somehting to be on the list. Thats a long wait, for just a car.
- stevea1210, on 07/07/2008, -0/+2Does anyone know how much they are going for. Both an original, and the new redo's?
- freebird09, on 07/07/2008, -0/+0About $57,500 for the new ones.
http://jalopnik.com/cars/woodward-dream-cruise/let ... - tomthebitx, on 07/07/2008, -0/+0I believe there are some websites out where folks rebuild DeLoreans into BTTF cars for car shows and such which would be a good place to ask, but I am pretty sure they're definitely not for cheap.
- nonymous666, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1You used to be able to (maybe still can?) get used Deloreans just a couple years ago for $10-$12K or so.
I saw one last summer on the highway driving home from work. It was pretty beat up. No dents, but tons of scrapes on the metal and just had a serious used and abused vibe. Rear bumper was cracked.
Looked like a couple college-aged guys in it.
- freebird09, on 07/07/2008, -0/+0About $57,500 for the new ones.
- MrZaiko, on 07/07/2008, -2/+2ahh haa

- tomthebitx, on 07/07/2008, -0/+3Please excuse the crudity of this digg, I didn't have time to build it to scale or to paint it.
- TecK415, on 07/07/2008, -0/+3Are the new ones going to be heavy pieces of ***** like the old ones?
- mal1964, on 07/07/2008, -0/+2It was more of a lack of horsepower, The weight wasn't that out of line
- mal1964, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1I hope they are targeting more than just geeks for potential buyers, If not they will be broke a lot faster than the first time
- MScrip, on 07/07/2008, -0/+3I dunno, with all the millionaire geeks in the tech industry... they might sell more today than in the 80's.
Now it's a collector's item, with a huge movie career... back then it was just a car.
- MScrip, on 07/07/2008, -0/+3I dunno, with all the millionaire geeks in the tech industry... they might sell more today than in the 80's.
- MarshalBanana, on 07/07/2008, -0/+4only 39,999.95!

- MarshalBanana, on 07/07/2008, -0/+0We'll hover-convert your old road car into a sky-way flier!
- DiscoLando, on 07/07/2008, -2/+5Is there an optional cocaine dispenser?
- UnFriendlyFire, on 07/07/2008, -1/+3John DeLorean was not a coke head, that was just a setup by the big three to run him out of business. Didn't you ever see Tucker (The movie)

- tomlit, on 07/07/2008, -0/+5Wait a minute, Doc, are you trying to tell me that my mother has got the hots for me?
Precisely.
Whoa, this is heavy.
There's that word again; "heavy". Why are things so heavy in the future? Is there a problem with the earth's gravitational pull?- MagMan68Classic, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1That is a surprisingly accurate quote
- gigawatts, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1If you've watched the movies as much as him or I have, you could probably rewrite the entire script from memory.
Such great movies :D
- grantmoore3d, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1It's pretty cool, but did they actually put any good performance into the vehicle? If it's as slow as the original, I think I'd pass.
- secondfiddle, on 07/07/2008, -4/+0Lets bring back the worlds ugliest car, alright! Any future plans for the Edsel in the works?
- breakah, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1***** this, the flux capacitor is not even on the option list.
- lloydsoldout, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1let's see if you bastards can do 90.
- majikmixx, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1I hear they're releasing a "Green" model with a Mr. Fusion in the back so you can run the thing on trash.
- JJMickelsen, on 07/08/2008, -0/+0TFB is oil additive you add once every 70,000 miles or so that increases your gas mileage and decreases friction which means less wear and tear on your car ... average increase is 15-25% in gas mileage.
The comp plan will be structured so that everyone is on the same team and helping each other succeed..not one team against the other. sponsor 3 people in 30 days and receive full compensation for 11 levels.. There is no autoship. - Albacurkie, on 07/08/2008, -1/+0Its going to have a 1.21 gigawatt battery... 1.21 GIGWATTS!?!? IT CANT BE DONE
- brad3378, on 07/27/2008, -0/+2If Ford or GM built a car with body panel gaps that big, they would be crucified for horrible craftsmanship.
- jepizacar, on 08/06/2008, -0/+1nice resource....
