- dcmcderm, on 07/05/2008, -0/+2Wow the Yankees could earn a whopping 28 mill? Just barely covers A-Rod's salary for 1 season. Although I must say a urinal that once caught Babe Ruth's alcohol laden urine would look nice in my garage.
- Th0rus, on 07/05/2008, -0/+3 As much as I hate the Yanks. I hate to see their timeless stadium go.
- NachoBusiness, on 07/06/2008, -0/+1It's not theirs, it's NYCs apparently.
- YankeeSR23, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1I always thought they should have made Yankee Stadium into a baseball museum. You could take tours around it and see baseball history and then people could play on the actual field that legends of the game played on. But the Yankees have to give the land up to replace the parks that were taken away to build new Yankee Stadium.
And yeah I realized that is what the Hall of Fame is for but Yankee Stadium is a legendary place. It deserves to be treasured. - hotpuck6, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1Considering how many seats they have, those alone should be a pretty big cash cow.
i wouldn't be surprised if they started ripping up chunks of the foundation and selling it, the fan base behind yankees baseball is huge and fanatic. - yanksn6, on 07/07/2008, -0/+1sign the petition to stop this from happening
