- Odenized, on 07/10/2008, -2/+34I never get tired of watching his greatness...or Top 10's.
- MRintheKeys, on 07/10/2008, -0/+9He was a legend and definitely the greatest player I've ever seen play. I watched him eliminate the Miami Heat in the playoffs back in 1992. He scored 56 points in that game and completely took over the second half. I had and still haven't seen an athlete be able to just completely dominate night in and night out.
- ZeeZee2k, on 07/10/2008, -1/+1I hate Michael Jordan!
- HuskyPuzzle, on 07/10/2008, -7/+11Oh snap! Dugg for that L.L. classic. I just got so fired up I had to go watch the original video. Go get in your co-workers face to this *****.

- JordonOverElo, on 07/10/2008, -1/+10Absolutely CLASSIC...nothing will ever come close to MJ's shot over Elo, but then again, I might be a little biased. ;-)
- mediaspree, on 07/10/2008, -4/+2Nice name. I'll change mine to StarksDunksOverJordan!
;)- MRintheKeys, on 07/10/2008, -0/+4To make it even more relevant you can make it "StarksServesJordansKidsFries"
- GravyTrain6, on 07/10/2008, -0/+3It's ashame that never happened. I remember seeing a clip where he made a shot over the Cavalier's Craig Ehlo once...but never a Craig Elo.
- mediaspree, on 07/10/2008, -4/+2Nice name. I'll change mine to StarksDunksOverJordan!
- destron, on 07/10/2008, -3/+7The drum loop used in the music is a permutation of the "amen break"...

/pet peeve- gn0stik, on 07/10/2008, -0/+6Why does it bother you? It's one of the most versatile breaks of all time, and the writers of Amen Brother don't care. What bothers me is when music is sampled without permission. Besides, most are not direct samples, but permutations as you said, which take creativity to make anyway. All they do is sample the individual beats and rearrange them into something original. Would it make you feel better if someone sat in a studio and sample snare, tom, bass, and cymbal sounds and arranged those instead?
- destron, on 07/10/2008, -0/+3Sorry, "pet peeve" was the wrong expression to use, but it's too late the edit it. :|
I meant that it's just something that I notice all the time in songs and I can't get it out of my head. In fact, I have a few songs that I listen to often that use it blatantly.
I think it's a great break as well.

EPIC WIN - liquilife, on 07/10/2008, -1/+50Just to have 10 buzzer beaters in your basketball career is amazing. But to have a top ten of your BEST buzzer beaters? Amazing...
- EscapeTheTruth, on 07/10/2008, -0/+19"I've failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed."
-Michael Jordan
Great words..- scubaman5000, on 07/10/2008, -1/+10Does that mean I'm going to succeed someday too?
- bj7777, on 07/16/2008, -0/+2If you don't give up then you will succeed one day =)
- scubaman5000, on 07/10/2008, -1/+10Does that mean I'm going to succeed someday too?
- mediaspree, on 07/10/2008, -1/+9I had his "Wingspan" poster. That was a sweet poster.
- arestme, on 07/10/2008, -0/+12How was #1 a Buzzer Beater?
- dpazar2, on 07/10/2008, -0/+10there was maybe a second left on the clock and that shot won the Bulls the NBA title...again
- libertao, on 07/10/2008, -0/+2Did he get it off before the buzzer? If so, its a buzzer beater ;)
- arestme, on 07/10/2008, -0/+1then every shot in the game would be buzzer beaters. lol
- NecroSexy, on 07/10/2008, -5/+11http://youtube.com/watch?v=6f-wT5a7xnE (without the annoying music)
The genius of MJ @1:03. He uses the guy trying to double-team him as a pick!
Here's one as a Wizard: http://youtube.com/watch?v=BlNfnD_i77s&feature=rel ... (announcer's reaction is hilarious)- idsfa, on 07/10/2008, -2/+1thanks.
- kenedamick, on 07/10/2008, -0/+3Uhh that was without the annoying music?
- NecroSexy, on 07/10/2008, -0/+1Insofar as you can hear the announcers' calls of the shots.
- brainscab, on 07/10/2008, -0/+9I was in highschool when he was a giant among men. Him and Pippen Kerr Paxon and Rodman were living heroes.
- Punisher2K, on 07/10/2008, -1/+2Let's not get crazy by throwing Rodman in there.
- Emilio8605, on 07/10/2008, -0/+2Just because he was eccentric does not mean he wasn't a great basketball player. He could outhustle anybody in the league to every rebound and loose ball. Not to mention he was a great shot blocker and stealer.
- Punisher2K, on 07/10/2008, -1/+2Let's not get crazy by throwing Rodman in there.
- TheGonzo, on 08/13/2008, -1/+56Best Player Ever...Go ahead Digg me down, you know it's true...complete package, scoring, steals, rebounding, assists, defense, ability to lead and make everyone around them better...
The single most amazing thing of all of these buzzer beaters is the fact that he makes it look so easy...Like I can do that too but in the end, when the game in on the line, especially in the play offs, who do you want taking that shot, who are you afraid of guarding, who...- markperia, on 07/10/2008, -0/+22I don't think anyone would dare digg you down for that. He *is* the best player ever. Fact, not opinion.
- EscapeTheTruth, on 07/10/2008, -7/+0No, I'm pretty sure that's an opinion. I agree, but some may not.
- pudds, on 07/10/2008, -3/+1Oscar Robertson is the greatest ever. Jordan was a skilled player who got the benefit of every call and non-call.
The Big O averaged a triple-double for a full season, and recorded something like 180 for his career. No other player comes close to his versatility, and as a further indicator of his greatness, the Bucks went from the NBA finals to a losing record after he retired, despite still having Kareem.- kenedamick, on 07/10/2008, -0/+2Hate to bust your bubble, and I respect your opinion, but MJ would dominate O-Rob in every area of the game. He is the greatest.
- krets, on 07/10/2008, -1/+1Robertson averaged 8.8 FT per game for his career. Jordan averaged 8.2 FT per game.
Got any other ridiculous arguments?
- kenedamick, on 07/10/2008, -0/+2Hate to bust your bubble, and I respect your opinion, but MJ would dominate O-Rob in every area of the game. He is the greatest.
- DayTripper47, on 07/10/2008, -0/+323 diggs, a homage to Michael Jordan.
- markperia, on 07/10/2008, -0/+22I don't think anyone would dare digg you down for that. He *is* the best player ever. Fact, not opinion.
- iamsmooth, on 07/10/2008, -0/+35I quit watching basketball after Jordan retired. MJ was great and classy, unlike most players in the NBA these days.
- ranasrule, on 07/10/2008, -1/+0same here bro
- legendxx, on 07/10/2008, -3/+17Kobe couldn't hold a candle to any of these.
- H3avyC, on 07/10/2008, -2/+4Kobe who??
- Jenadae, on 07/10/2008, -0/+8It didn't matter who your favorite team was or who your favorite player was, nothing mattered when Jordan and his team touched the court, even the opposing team would find it hard not to cheer for him. Jordan knew that court with his eyes closed. Hes a legend amongst legends and will forever go down in history as a true athlete.
- legendxx, on 07/10/2008, -0/+1How could anyone ever say Jordan wasn't an athlete... I think you mean legend.
- DephexTwin, on 07/10/2008, -1/+5The video is great and all, but I wish there was some indication of the scores so we could get a little context. Also, if the original audio is available, it's always preferable to the music, though this was a great song pick if you have to have one.
- fordistumley, on 07/10/2008, -0/+31http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ClP9rkR8oU
This is one of my favorites, Jordan dunking off of Pippen's free throw. - MRintheKeys, on 07/10/2008, -2/+11He was just so damn good he made everything look easy. I'm sorry but say what you want about Kobe, MJ in his prime would dominate Kobe.
- greenroom628, on 07/10/2008, -1/+3i agree, mj would own kobe.
- MRintheKeys, on 07/10/2008, -0/+0Sorry, I don't buy into that theory. Jordan was the protege who ushered in a whole new era of basketball player. Maybe 20 to 25 years ago yes, Kobe would dominate. In terms of pure physical ability I'd say Jordan pre-breaking his ankle was the most atheltic and versatile basketball player I've ever seen. I'm not knocking Kobe's physical talents. But in terms of "will to win" MJ flattens Kobe. MJ for a fact would have scored 40 ppg in that series against the Celtics instead of lying down and dying like Kobe "Oh I'll just wait til I have Bynum back next year" Bryant.
- jackbauer007, on 07/10/2008, -0/+10"26 times, I've been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I've failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." ~Michael Jordan
- nikeboy32, on 07/10/2008, -0/+1I can watch this stuff forever. MJ has done so much for our culture it's nuts!
- trackerbishop, on 07/10/2008, -0/+9jordan, 90210 the early years, saved by the bell, fresh prince, posters...i miss the early 90s
- bridow, on 07/10/2008, -0/+3don't forget about the wonder years :]
- leerayIG88, on 07/10/2008, -2/+1dont forget Mega Man!
- greenroom628, on 07/10/2008, -0/+3i miss seeing him play.
- pitchblack16, on 07/10/2008, -1/+2wow, the 2nd one was like "hi vladie, your my bit*h!!"
- brainscab, on 07/10/2008, -1/+5Mj also never got publicly trashed by his teammates, (remember shaq's rap) hell, even the zen master Phil Jackson couldn't handle him.
Jordan enstilled a sense of loyalty in his team that paid off in the end- H3avyC, on 07/10/2008, -0/+3He had them all scared sh*tless of him too which helps. Jordan was known for berating his teammates in practice and punched several of them over the years. He mentally broke several Bulls players who didn't meet his expectations. Jordan was a tyrant, with a drive to win unlike any other athlete. He had the respect of everyone...mostly because they were scared to death of him.
- eekfuh, on 07/10/2008, -0/+2Watching this makes me sick. He was way too good. No one could touch that guy.
- shlemielo, on 07/10/2008, -0/+4Jordan shot over Ehlo should have been #1, in my opinion. That single shot decimated the Cavs franchise for over a decade. They were a dominant team in the East, beating the Bulls every time during the regular season. Really, "The Shot" marked the beginning of the Bulls dynasty.
I guess you could argue that the shot against Byron Russell could be #1 and marked the *end* of the dynasty.- web2pointYo, on 07/10/2008, -0/+3The Byron Russell shot is my #1 push off of all time. Yes he was the greatest...but thats a push off.
- willit1016, on 07/10/2008, -0/+0Even Byron Russell says MJ did not push off. look at the vidoe again he did not push off. Look at alot of Bryan Russell film when over commits himself he slips alot he did so in Utah and especially so when he was with the wizards.
- web2pointYo, on 07/10/2008, -0/+3The Byron Russell shot is my #1 push off of all time. Yes he was the greatest...but thats a push off.
- kwazyhulk, on 07/10/2008, -0/+1"The shots I make, no one else will take." My favorite line from that song "Be like Mike"
- awesomeric, on 07/10/2008, -1/+3Dugg

- fhernand, on 07/10/2008, -1/+3Nr. 3 >> the rest
- PeckerSlap, on 07/10/2008, -1/+1nr.?
- kenedamick, on 07/10/2008, -3/+2The NBA became worthless to me when MJ retired from the Bulls.
- thewhits, on 07/10/2008, -2/+1There are few things in sports as satisfying as watching the best player in the game do the amazing. Tiger Woods, Michael Jordan, Roger Federer...etc.
- pathouston22, on 07/10/2008, -0/+0I miss Jordan, but I miss players like Dennis Rodman too. Sure he was a freak show and had his run-ins...but he was also entertaining as an athlete and as an individual. Today's NBA thugs are just thugs....nothing fun about them.
- t3hmyth, on 07/10/2008, -1/+6I've heard that when Michael Jordan jumps, he chooses to come back down.
- Andyl194, on 07/10/2008, -1/+1"Just get the ball to Jordan!!!"
honestly did he ever miss? (bulls years) - vinceislegend, on 07/10/2008, -1/+1Hi Kobe.
- leerayIG88, on 07/10/2008, -0/+1I buzz my meat by beating it.

- alexismyhomeboi, on 07/10/2008, -1/+1Someone correct me but does it seem that he pushed that guy with his left hand on that last buzzer shot?
- johntkucz, on 07/10/2008, -0/+0MJ -- so incredibly strong but amazingly also so mesmerizingly fluid on the basketball court.
