Presented Proof????? News Release????? You are a joke. YOU are writing this crap, and then PAYING to have it "published" online, then blogging around calling it a "news release." It's pathetic.
This woman, Ann Baehr, has stolen my resume and is now passing it off as something she wrote.
Ann, I think you have forgotten that I am still in contact with many of the Corporations that I sent my ORIGINAL resume to; Corporate Business Partners who still work with me. These are relationships that I have nurtured, on an Executive Level, from about three years ago, WHEN I WROTE THIS RESUME, until today.'
The main reason that I stay in contact with them is that I still do business with many of them as a consultant. This means that they have to keep my information on file.
This includes my personal information like my social security number (so they can pay me) AS WELL AS my resume.
Many of them have kept the stamped and dated envelope in which the resume first arrived. The envelope is usually is stapled to the back of the document, as a common practice.
This post-dated envelope matches the Executive Grey Linen paper on which I had had my original resume laser-printed. Three years ago. You know...when I wrote it.
Uh-oh.
So are you going to shut up now, like you did when I told you all of this on the phone? Remember??? I remember. You were dumbfounded and utterly silent. I mean dead silent. For more than a minute. I mean I was having to say, 'Hello?' a couple of times. You remember that Ann, don't-cha?
Bottom line folks....A few words come to mind:
FORGERY, THEFT, FRAUD, PLAGIARISM, and UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
Are there any more? Class? Anyone?
HOW about...
Falsification, Infringement, Literary Theft, Piracy, Deceit, Graft, Sham, Misrepresentation, Counterfeiting, Invasion of Privacy, and Perjury.
Ok.
The *most* likely scenario here is that Ms. Baehr advertises for different employment positions in different nationwide publications, posing as a potential employer. Then when honest folks send in a resume, she just scans the good ones and posts them online as a 'sample' of her 'great work' and 'literary talent.'
Give me a break. I guess it's a compliment to me and my writing skills that she is so desperate to be able to continue to take credit for my work?

I never said the news release was proof or denied that I wrote it, did I?
I did, however, include the proof within the body of the Web Wire news release.
Here's the hard proof (showing that the resume (profile only) you (supposedly) wrote three years ago has been on my website for five years. I have further proof that I wrote the resume seven years ago.

I want to know how you can say that I stole your resume that you (supposedly) wrote three years ago that has been on my website for five years? Last I checked, that theory defies the laws of physics.
Are your forgetting that you stole the profile (not the entire resume as you are purporting) three years ago and actually think it is yours?
Official Electronic Proof: The Internet makes a cached copy (PDF) of every document on the Internet which is a permanent archive. The site is called the WayBackMachine.
The earliest copy of the resume in question was created by the WayBackMachine nearly five years ago -- two full years BEFORE you stole the profile from the resume off my site.
The PDF created by the WayBackMachine is on the archive.org server and cannot be accessed by anyone, not even me.

What proof do you have? You promote yourself as President and CEO of American Dream Mortgage & Realty of California, Inc., when your MySpace profile lists your occupation as Suzi Homemaker. You are the fraud.
Do I think you are doing this because you have nothing better to do? No, I believe you believe it is yours, which only proves that you are delusional.
The very fact that you are carrying on over a profile that you stole three years ago and telling the world that it is the entire resume, "word for word," is a clear indication of your lying nature.
Again, I never denied writing the news release, did I? Unlike when I emailed you privately on Saturday, January 26th to ask you for your proof and you emailed me back denying and knowledge of the matter.
Then when I told you in my email that I could trace your IP Address, you allowed your website refi4u2.com to expire that week. Coincidence?
You told me to go away and to have a nice life as if you didn't care, ending your email with "eyes rolling" Then last night you went to my profile at Naymz by Googling "Ann Baehr".
If you are not worried why are blocking people from emailing you at Digg, canceling your website as soon as I presented proof that you are WRONG, and searching for my name in Google? What happened to "eyes rolling"?
Anyway, this is really taking up a lot of my time. I have a resume service to run. - kathryncarrado, on 02/09/2008, -0/+0Ann Baehr of Best Resumes of New York has repeatedly attacked me by writing bogus "news stories" and then paying several Internet services to have them "published." In her most recent attack, she states that I am a "Proven Liar."
This is absolutely untrue, and with this report Ms. Baehr has now committed libel. Because of her ongoing harassment, she is now facing charges under the laws of the State of California, as well as several Federal Statutes that prohibit criminals such as herself from taking their illegal behavior across State lines.

Ms. Baehr, who owns a resume-writing service in East Islip, New York apparently advertises for "employment positions available" and then asks her victims to submit their resumes. At that point, Ms. Baehr sorts through them, not as a potential employer, but rather as a conniving thief; copying and pasting resumes or parts of resumes onto her website, and then claims that she "wrote" them.
I know this because I found my own resume on her site a few weeks ago. When I asked Ms. Baehr to remove it, she laughed and said, "I don't think so."
At that point, I filed a complaint against her here on Rip Off Report which outlined my experience with her.
Since that time, Ms. Baehr has gone berserk online; and has posted "articles" which she pays to have published, and in which she continues to misrepresent what has happened here, as well as tarnish my name and my company's name. Ms. Baehr has had no contact or business dealings whatsoever with my company, yet she has posted negative and inflammatory falsehoods on at least 14 websites; causing a substantial loss of business, and an untrue negative reputation for myself, my company, and my employees.
Ms. Baehr herself is the liar and furthermore a thief. She is making up lies about me because she is angry that I discovered her illegal activity and confronted her. She will now be brought up on formal charges of PLAGIARISM, FRAUD, DEFAMATION, & LIBEL.
Even though her guilty verdict will not repair my reputation, nor restore the monies from the business I have now lost. I am proceeding only to stop her from doing this to other innocent victims of her resume scam.
As far as her bogus, unsubstantiated, and vicious attacks towards me, such as the one she posted here; the legal system will just have to sort it out. Look on the bright side Ann, maybe they'll let you have a laptop in jail.
