- blah247, on 06/19/2008, -1/+11Blogging = posting random ***** on the internet that 99% of the population could care less about.
- dpcamp, on 06/19/2008, -1/+2My roomate that knows nothing about computers came home and said, "OMGZZZ i'm such a nerd now.. i have a blog at blogspot!!!!"
I was thinking "no, you're not a nerd, you're just joining the rest of the narcicsists out there that thinks the world gives a damn about your copy and paste job of someone elses review"
seriously i can't wait till this fad dies. - verevi, on 06/19/2008, -0/+2Congrats! You just blogged!
- nick1971, on 06/19/2008, -0/+0Correct me if I'm wrong but this website is more a tool than a blog is. This site offers an opportunity to do peer review on a article and to discuss the contents with a group of people..
Its true that a lot of comments are rubbish but this is in my opinion a fixable problem.

THIS is a list... and it's mostly uninteresting- captmorgan555, on 06/19/2008, -0/+1Damnit! I could have just copy and pasted your comment instead of making a list myself. I subscribed to all of them because i don't subscribe to any RSS feeds and i figure i will learn more there than reading digg comments all day.

Their non-venture capital approach is a breath of fresh air.

- Kenzan, on 06/19/2008, -0/+1Considering that most people's opinions aren't worth a plugged nickel, I'd say that blogging in general is overrated.
- dmostrowski, on 06/19/2008, -0/+1Paid Market Research
http://www.mypaidfocusgroups.com - nick1971, on 06/19/2008, -0/+1There seems to be two problems at the moment with the Internet at the moment. Any body can create a blog and the accuracy of the info in the blog is controlled by no-one.
My hope with digg is that its members perform pier review on articles from certain blogs. The pier revue process of academic papers provide information on how reliable the research is and would be used in the Internet world to verify the quality of information in a blog.- tpaine, on 06/19/2008, -0/+1I think you mean peer review. Reviewing piers might help tourist and shipping industries, but not the internet
- Thefascist, on 06/19/2008, -1/+1gues what *****? they don't blog, they're busy running their businesses.
