    Not knocking them at all cause this was spot-on, but Jon Stewart's been saying this for literally years. I honestly hate when he or Colbert go on vacation, because something is bound to happen that would be perfect for them to skewer. Like for example, the FISA vote and how a Democratic Congress cowed to a lame duck president with an 18% approval rating a victory.... People complain about them being anti-Republican or anti-president but honestly he ain't STUPID and anti-pompous. We've already seen him stick it to Obama, and if he becomes president he won't hestitate to point out when he flip-flops or tries to give a ***** excuse for not doing something he promised he'd do.

    My brother and I founded JibJab in 1999 and produced this video last year. We premiered it at the Radio & Television Correspondence dinner in Washington DC in front of President Bush and all the Washington media. The President cracked up at the Putty tat" line. It's was surreal. Not sure the media enjoyed being lampooned this way but, oh well!

    Considering the venue it was created for, I find it to be totally inappropriate. The very same people who essentially gave Bush a free pass and failed to faithfully execute their jobs in journalism were relishing in the misery of others and patting themselves on the back at the same time.
