    Paying for a new camera, or humorous and thought provoking graffiti Banksy style on the other hand helps to get the message across.

Recorders generally up the frame rate when the camera see motion, thus filling up a hard drive much faster and ultimately overwriting information more often. I just think it is funny as hell.

All they have to do is back up the tape and look for the guy holding the balloon walking up. Just got an idea, hold the balloon between your face and the camera as you walk up and wait till some other people pass before leaving.
