        Disabled person is outside. I am in disabled seat. Bus is full of people standing. I am asked to get off the bus so that they can use the wheelchair seat. I get off the bus, along with the other person sitting in the same small area. The wheelchair person gets on. I am stranded in god-knows-where. The bus is now full, I am not welcome aboard.

Besides sounding like it's begging, why does this end with a period and not a question mark? Also, I have wondered almost every weekday for three years, someone out there for the love of God please tell me, WHY is there a dot underneath the message? WHY? WHAT is it for? The sign material is expanded by 30-40% below the message specifically to make room for this random dot.
