- DforSpiD, on 07/07/2008, -1/+43Anyone who has seen The Happening will know the only title for a sequel is "Le Happening"
- Chompy, on 07/08/2008, -0/+25Conversely, anyone who does not get that joke should consider themselves fortunate.
- PabloMac, on 07/08/2008, -0/+3Lucky me.
- loganhid, on 07/09/2008, -0/+1i'd rather have it ''Not happening''
- Chompy, on 07/08/2008, -0/+25Conversely, anyone who does not get that joke should consider themselves fortunate.
- torgo112, on 07/07/2008, -4/+42They should have given that name to the original movie. It would have been more appropriate.
- AmyVernon, on 07/07/2008, -2/+50this was better than The Happening.
- mk3k, on 07/08/2008, -0/+3At least something was happening.
- jugglingjon, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1That is no exaggeration.
- MtheoryX, on 07/09/2008, -0/+1I haven't seen The Happening...don't plan to based on diggers' reviews...
However, this was one of the dullest, most unfunny vids I've seen in a while.
They both suck...like a pair of back-to-back "running farts" in your newly dry cleaned dockers.
- industryfinest, on 07/07/2008, -9/+4Amazing
- truebeliever83, on 07/07/2008, -1/+14That was really craptastic.
- teriyakisause, on 07/07/2008, -5/+59M. Night Shyamalanadingdong...
What a tweeest. - japanesepagoda, on 07/08/2008, -2/+10It's like Signs, where the thing that surrounds them the whole time, is the same thing that kills them
Aliens-------Water
Human Beings-------Poop - fr3ddie, on 07/08/2008, -10/+35LOL.... THAT... Was.....uhm..... not funny.
- robotderek42, on 07/08/2008, -0/+4agreed.
- MrMustard, on 07/09/2008, -0/+2One of the least funny things I've ever seen.
- Tyrghast, on 07/08/2008, -16/+5The usual crap from Not Funny and Please Kill Me.com
I believe the lack of humor directly correlates to excess macbooks in that film... - mroffroad, on 07/08/2008, -12/+13definitely not worth watch... sophomoric humor done poorly.
- Kohaxx, on 07/08/2008, -1/+17While stupid, it truly was fitting to The Happening. The Happening was so bad the only way to save it would have been to have Ladies Man from SNL guest star, pop in, and ask "What's Happening?" in his rediculous tone.
WHERE'S MY TWIST M NIGHT!? WHERE'S THE TWIST!?- Duositex, on 07/08/2008, -1/+1I swear if I see one more person spell ridiculous wrong I'm gonna rick roll them so hard..
- hotpuck6, on 07/08/2008, -0/+6pretty rediculis right?
- saltydawkins, on 07/08/2008, -0/+2http://how-to-spell-ridiculous.com/
Please. For the love of language. Look it up. - Kohaxx, on 07/08/2008, -0/+3*****, one of those things once someone spells it wrong it spreads like a plague and then people with normally good spelling ability start spelling it the way they see it.
So just to show I've learned the error of my internet learned spelling ways:
ridiculous, ridiculous, ridiculous, ridiculous, ridiculous
- Duositex, on 07/08/2008, -1/+1I swear if I see one more person spell ridiculous wrong I'm gonna rick roll them so hard..
- psg188, on 07/08/2008, -1/+35Know how to make the drink "M Night"?
Easy, it's nothing... with a twist. - knoxchris, on 07/08/2008, -7/+1Plants crap?
- DVmaker, on 07/08/2008, -8/+2It's funny because it's true.
- BrokenVisage, on 07/08/2008, -9/+2Smell ya later.
- PixelPusher74, on 07/08/2008, -10/+4I actually like dirty, fecal, fart-oriented humor... this just failed 'cuz it took 2:11 to tell ONE JOKE THAT WAS LAME
- knoxchris, on 07/08/2008, -0/+2Yup, needs more bells, whistles and fades to keep my MTV generation brain interested.
- EzraSchwartz, on 07/08/2008, -8/+1Whatever, I liked the happening.
- goosegoosegoose, on 07/08/2008, -0/+0Me too, well not really.
- DeFex, on 07/08/2008, -9/+4This is unlikely. mac users in movies never die and are always the good guys.they could possibly make a fart that smells bad let alone a *****.
- pkarpenko, on 07/08/2008, -3/+2That's about right.
- dzikens, on 07/08/2008, -4/+17obviously fake, the guy was "typing", but no application was running ( 00:22 ).
- lpalm10, on 07/08/2008, -0/+10thank god for this comment. i thought those people were really killing themselves.
- goosegoosegoose, on 07/08/2008, -1/+0You should email them about that
- xjedi, on 07/08/2008, -7/+3almost died laughin' watching that..... good stuff
- Duositex, on 07/08/2008, -3/+2At least that would've spared us your inane comment.
- Meursault, on 07/08/2008, -12/+10This is the kind of joke you come up with at a party.. 'Saw the Happening....more like CRAPPENING" Everyone laughs and you move on. Doesn't warrant cameras, props, acting.
- Blurker, on 07/08/2008, -1/+5Acting?
I didn't see any acting.
- Blurker, on 07/08/2008, -1/+5Acting?
- FeloniusMonkey, on 07/08/2008, -2/+1Please help me put in perspective, since I haven't seen The Happening yet. Rank the following 5 movies in order of your favorite to least-favorite: The Happening, Indiana Jones IV, Talladega Nights, Catwoman, Unbreakable.
- erockappel, on 07/08/2008, -0/+3The Happening is one of the best movies I've seen this year, only because it's so bad it's HILARIOUS! I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's the best comedy of 2008.
- ElDiablo6870, on 07/08/2008, -0/+2The Happening is by far the worst of the 5, even though Catwoman really sucked also. The other three were great by comparison.
- hotpuck6, on 07/08/2008, -1/+6this is pretty much a summary of nearly every movie M. Nights ever made.
Who keeps giving this guy money to make his movies?
Are they hoping for another Sixth Sense, cause it should be obvious by now, it's not happening.- kalvinb, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1M Night movies are like spam. The production costs are at a minimal and enough suckers give him money to make it profitable.
- kprooney, on 07/08/2008, -2/+2thats what happened after the movie, that wasnt meant to be funny. It's documenting the growing disaster that is M. Night Shamylan
- fuzzybeard, on 07/08/2008, -2/+2Well, that would explain a few things.
- gametavern, on 07/08/2008, -3/+2Yes, I hated, hated the Happening. I was almost insulted by it. Crappening indeed.
- CryTekEmployee, on 07/08/2008, -4/+1The Deepening
http://youtube.com/watch?v=AnILskCGGzE - BoonTobias, on 07/08/2008, -4/+2It's haaaapppeninggggggg!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G9rmeLR7sRI- japanesepagoda, on 07/09/2008, -0/+1***** you for putting MadTV on digg.
- gthyb, on 07/08/2008, -6/+1The original The Crappening
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hx16epbyj9g - TwoKill, on 07/08/2008, -4/+4I want to bury it because it wasn't funny... but it was still so much more entertaining then the original that it would feel wrong to do so.
- merlin5, on 07/08/2008, -3/+2It could have just been Walbergs acting. I kept seeing Dirk Diggler. And his range is severely limited. Leguizamo threw out a decent performance on one scene. The premise of the movie was pretty thin.
- SirReally, on 07/08/2008, -4/+1Actually, I think this video sullies the good name of crap.
- Honeyblade, on 07/08/2008, -6/+3What a ***** video. No, I don't mean that as a pun. I mean this is actually just a really *****, not-funny video.
- justice7, on 07/08/2008, -2/+2The movie could have been very good; unfortunately really bad scripting and even worse acting plus some super over-cheesed out romantic scene near the end didn't help.
It had so much potential and I think that is what pissed people off most. - scot333, on 07/08/2008, -5/+3WTF was that? That was, for lack of a better word, stupid.
- stealthc, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1If you don't have a better word than "stupid," you may need to broaden your vocabulary.
- Firespray1138, on 07/08/2008, -1/+2I'm so glad I snuck into The Happening, if I had paid to see it, I would have been severely pissed.
- MOJIRA, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1Still, you should have asked for your time back...
- Zoshchenko, on 07/08/2008, -2/+2Trying to make a parody of The Happening is probably impossible. It is so incredibly bad it already is a parody of itself.
Do you like hot dogs? - goosegoosegoose, on 07/08/2008, -3/+1Everyone, I implore you to see the Happening. It's easily one of the greatest so-bad-it's-good movies of the decade. If you're a fan of hilariously bad movies, just go see it, you won't be disappointed. Also for fans of those kinds of movies, check out:

****Greatest bad movie of the century - Enjia, on 07/08/2008, -4/+1is the only reason people did not like it was because nothing was explained in the end?
- erockappel, on 07/08/2008, -0/+4The pacing was horrible, the acting was awful, the premise was laughable, the reactions to suicide were unbelievable.
At one point, early on in the movie, when they still think that terrorists are behind the mass suicides, a woman watches a man get his arms bit off by a lion (via iphone video?) and her reaction is to say, "what kind of terrorists are these."
Also, in the opening scene, when a construction worker jumps off a building, the main construction guy's reaction is -- instead of freaking out and calling for help -- to ***** his head to the side and calmly say, "Dave?"
- erockappel, on 07/08/2008, -0/+4The pacing was horrible, the acting was awful, the premise was laughable, the reactions to suicide were unbelievable.
- kalvinb, on 07/08/2008, -1/+4I knew it was going to be a terrible movie when the commercials were plugging it as "his first R rated movie." It's pretty bad when the main selling point was given to them by the ratings board rather than the actual content of the film.
I refuse to pay to see it. I don't want to accidently help fund his next project. Maybe I'll see it when it comes out on eMule. - anizzle, on 07/08/2008, -3/+2This movie was bad, but I think the video was worse.
- laserdog, on 07/08/2008, -2/+8I think a funnier premise for "The Crappening" would have been if the trees released a pollen that made them all have to goto the bathroom at once.
"In america, there are 0.4 toilets per person... What happens when we need them all, at the same, time...." - thejuggernaut11, on 07/08/2008, -4/+0What's up with that dude's face?
- Induane, on 07/08/2008, -4/+2Wow thanks to the internet I now know I'm the only person in the world who liked The Happening. My favorite film of his is Lady in the Water but again the internet proves my opinion is worthless.
- goldfenix, on 07/08/2008, -0/+3YOU HAVE NO SOULLLLLLLLLLL
(You have to do that line in the Demonic voice)
- goldfenix, on 07/08/2008, -0/+3YOU HAVE NO SOULLLLLLLLLLL
- HtomSirveaux, on 07/08/2008, -1/+1I get the point of doing a parody of a movie no one saw.
- Induane, on 07/08/2008, -0/+1Its possible but thats between me and my soul or lack thereof.
- Pegritz, on 07/08/2008, -1/+2Thank god, a few less Apple fanboys in the world.
- FeloniusMonkey, on 07/08/2008, -0/+5Seriously, film directors need to be stripped of their cameras when they become so full of themselves that even the best of actors can't prevent their most dramatic scenes from becoming awkwardly hilarious/douchey. I'd say George Lucas' defining moment would be just about any scene from Star Wars Episode II with Anakin and Padme.
I'll probably get buried for this, but I felt everything MNS did after Sixth Sense was a huge let-down. - ohmytodd, on 07/08/2008, -1/+4The guys that made this video are hilarious.
Jon Daly
Brett Gelman
and dudes from mother.
hilarious.. seriously. -
