    as in other misconceptions about it, it's not "addicted to X", it's having addictive or isolationist tendencies anyway. if it wasn't digg it would be something else.

    i guess in pre-internet years were hobbies etc.

    it's heard a lot about world of warcraft. there can be wow playing that is only for an hour a day. one has to have isolationist tendencies to stay all day.
