    The only reason I don't think people can really envision Batman as the gay man that he is is because he's pretty violent and angry at times and a common stereotype is that gay men are pacifists. Yet, Bruce is so fashionable and secretive. And his Batman persona is downright theatrical. I'm convinced Bruce's sexuality is just another bat hiding away in his mind's cave along with all his other secrets and trademark emotional baggage.

  • StandardsDT, on 07/19/2008, -2/+8It's not a mystery for why Nolan won't include Robin in any of his films. It's because Robin will ruin them and there's really no way to fit him in properly. Though I thought in Batman Forever Chris O'Donell didn't do a horrible job at playing Robin. It was a perfect example especially in Batman & Robin for why he would not fit in future films. People need to stop the "Where's Robin?" questions because he's not coming back and it's best that he's kept out of the Nolan Films.

    Now as for BatGirl that's a possibility. One of my friends pointed out to me that in the movie you never once saw Gordon's daughters face. Which could be hinting at a possible film in the future with Bat Girl. This isn't any of my logic, it's all of my friends as I could have sworn her face was visible in the film. Not that, that really matters anyway.

      Considering that The Killing Joke ends Barbara's role as BatGirl, I don't know how they could fit her in without The Joker.
