How many Buffy/Angel "post show" comics have there been? Is there some place where I can order the whole lot of them?

There are two collections of Buffy season eight on Amazon (Long Way Home and No Future For You) and those cover the first ten issues. Dark Horse has the rest available to order. I'm not as into the Angel comics so I don't know as much about them, but I know you can get both Buffy and Angel at the Power Star Collectibles site though their shipping prices are a bit high.
And if you haven't read Fray I'd recommend that too as it's obviously starting to come into the Buffy arc. You can get that whole series on Amazon as well.

And you should be able to find TPB's of the Spike series, and then probably collected books of Angel and Buffy every 5 or so issues. Check Amazon, eBay or a comic shop.

Compared to the other comics out there, I would say those 2 Spike stories are the closest to being canon. And they are fun to read too.
