- CatherineSouth, on 07/24/2008, -0/+1What happened to "Get out while the going's good"? I reckon Pixar's flogging a dead horse by using characters from their existing movies.
Hopefully they'll realise this and create comics with new characters and unique story lines... Or else this will turn into yet another advertising gimmick for their older films... - Falldog, on 07/24/2008, -0/+1It's not really Pixar, but Disney, who owns the rights over all. Unfortunately if you look at Disney over the fast few years reusing old ideas and characters is the only thing they know how to do.
- BonhamsGhost, on 07/24/2008, -0/+1If you check out the Afterworks graphic novels, it features comic stories from many Pixar (as well as other studios) animators and concept artists that were done "after work".
It doesn't feature any of the Pixar characters and has no official connection to them, but is pretty cool nonetheless. Lots of talented artists working there. - sandersdamnit, on 07/24/2008, -0/+1Goddamnit I thought they were gonna do comic book movies like the Incredibles but real titles, that would be ***** awesome
