- TalSiach, on 10/06/2008, -0/+13Nice find! The Massive Press one looks kinda cool. in my opinion ,the Crybook will be perfect for a FB related site but not for other niches.
- Tychee, on 10/06/2008, -0/+2I too like the Massive Press the most. WP Coda is not bad either, but I'm still not sure do I like it or not.
- lovemorgul, on 10/06/2008, -1/+5Design Bump is a social media site dedicated to the design industry.
- zeazzz, on 10/06/2008, -6/+1I like the "Internal Server Error within five seconds of being indexed on Digg" template...it is the best.
- anagoge, on 10/06/2008, -3/+5I really like WordPress, but I haven't a clue how to actually implement it for a custom design. My website is in need of a serious overhaul, but because I know nothing about the coding side of things, it sucks. Anyone care to help? Asking here is as good a place as any.
- BZKyle, on 10/06/2008, -0/+4Simply upload the theme to yourwebsite.com/wp-content/themes/
Then go to Design -> Themes in Wordpress' Dashboard, and select the theme.- mcmullet, on 10/06/2008, -2/+3First of all, switch to Dreamhost, then do the Dreamhost one click install to install WP for your site. Then upload the theme you like and do everything else from within the WP control panel. It's extremely quick and easy. It would literally take less than 1/2 hour to set up your site.
- anagoge, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1Thanks for the advice. It's appreciated. However, I'm in need of something a bit more custom than simply a WordPress theme. I've created what I want it to look like already, but yeah, it goes over my head because I'm just a lowly designer, not a coder. :)
Thanks though!

no it isn't - se7en11, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1FYI: A plugin I've been using recently is one that allows you to test drive a theme on your blog without anyone else seeing it. (I forget the name of it, but just do a search on Google. There are a couple different plugins that do this.)

- salomejones, on 10/06/2008, -1/+10Premium-like?
- inigomntoya, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1Yes! And High Quality-Free!
This title had so many adjectives my head almost 'sploded! - Asvetic, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1Yeah, it's not quite premium, but you'd never know the difference.
Kinda like Non-Alcoholic Beer or Veggie Burgers.
- inigomntoya, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1Yes! And High Quality-Free!
- joeblow1102, on 10/06/2008, -1/+9Yay, it's a list on one page!
- GoldenChaos, on 10/06/2008, -1/+1Down. Mirror?
- MirrorminD, on 10/06/2008, -0/+0Its up for me
- mcmullet, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1I like Massive Press, the rest ... not so much. If are you going to call something a "premium" wordpress template, it needs to have logo at the top not text for the name of the site and it has to have ad slots as well (sidebar, header, etc.).
- gdehms, on 10/06/2008, -1/+5Infinity and WP Coda are actually pretty sweet...
- k00pa, on 10/06/2008, -2/+1WP coda is so cool! look at www.panic.com/coda for original "idea"
- seantubridy, on 10/06/2008, -1/+2Ha! "Premium-like"!
Hey, Check out deez premium-like wordpress themes. Wicked good stuff. Real classy like. - citizen782, on 10/06/2008, -0/+2meh...
- k00pa, on 10/06/2008, -1/+3That wp coda is AWESOME! I will get it!
- annjay, on 10/06/2008, -1/+1Great collection of free wordpress themes!
- forchilli, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1Every list like this has at least one that i haven't seen before. I love these!!!
- godsdead, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1How many sites will have the same theme now then?
- BinaryDelt, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1Those are pretty impressive. I designed my own theme, so I know how much work goes into these things. I'm more about functionality of the theme than looks though, which is why I like focusing more on plugins than the themes themselves.
http://www.2lincolns.com - kayhere, on 10/06/2008, -0/+0I like the massive press theme
- loveprone, on 10/06/2008, -0/+0a good collection. The infinity one seems to have some coding errors related to flickr integrations.
- YodaJones, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1A few nice ones in here, thanks.
- Lynxist, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1There are a few nice ideas in this bunch. I like the presentation idea for a lifestream feed from the Agregado Lifestream, but I'm not sold on the use of space.
That last hybrid one is a cool idea as well, but there are just too many collapsable div containers and what not. - ttamshadbolt, on 10/06/2008, -0/+1aaaaaand its down
- emailmike1994, on 10/07/2008, -0/+0When we say Wordpress, are we referring to Wordpress.com or Wordpress.org? I recently signed up for an account at the .com one of the two but I'm not too sure how to upload a theme or if doing so is even possible on that site. Are these themes for use with the software you download from Wordpress.org? Help me out if you've got the time.
- Pradeek, on 10/07/2008, -0/+0Yes, these themes are for the ones from wordpress.org. You can't upload themes to wordpress.com which hence sucks :(
- emailmike1994, on 10/08/2008, -0/+0Hey, thanks for the answer. After a day or two with no response I sort of assumed I wouldn't be getting one.
Much appreciated.
