Weirdest personal page I've ever seen
nobodyhere.com — This is a truly original and well-designed site. Maybe the one with the most emotional content. It's really hard to describe, so check it out yourselves.

- patience, on 10/12/2007, -0/+22Good designer....with issues.
Seriously, this could be used by an ad firm for many things.
Good Job.- sahaskatta, on 10/12/2007, -1/+10coral cache: http://www.nobodyhere.com.nyud.net:8080/justme/me.here
since dugg mirror isn't working - rye425, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1You know somethings wrong with you personal site when it has the word "vagabond" in it.
- micahglasser, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12The man who made that web site is not looking to market anything or make any money. The website is a piece of poetic art that serves as a signpost pointing toward the desperation of a genius who has come to grips with his own insignificance and failure to achieve greatness. It actually was a rather powerful display for myself.
- beejay54, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1It's called 'art wank'. Poor design for the sake of being abstract and artistic. It is not good design, but an interesting piece to play with.

- savingadvice, on 10/12/2007, -3/+13strangely entertaining - although I have no idea what to make of it.
- tidu, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1"Tower of Bears" ftw
- mercurysquad, on 10/12/2007, -13/+8It's already down, it seems... 33 diggs + 2 comments.
- kingace, on 10/12/2007, -1/+12Hence the term "personal page."
- TalenKlaive, on 10/12/2007, -25/+21http://www.duggmirror.com
- billlyboobs34, on 10/12/2007, -108/+6At least post the proper link so I can just click on it...
- MikeKnoop, on 10/12/2007, -7/+44Billy, click the link. Duggmirror takes the referrer from digg.com, parses it, and then tries to display it.
-Mike - zbilly, on 10/12/2007, -21/+5click on that on and see what happens!
what a surprise! - everfalling, on 10/12/2007, -20/+5clicking a duggmirror link within an article automatically routs you to the proper mirror. go ahead, try it.
- billlyboobs34, on 10/12/2007, -44/+3Unfortunately, duggmirror is slow as dirt... it should also grab the first few links that would make it a better mirror.
- Disodium, on 10/12/2007, -15/+5you can, duggmirror takes the refer from the page it was linked too and goes to the mirrored page, voila!
- AngryBoy, on 10/12/2007, -3/+33@MikeKnoop
No, diggmirror takes the referrer information *you send* from *your browser* - parses it - and tries to display it.
Personally, I don't send my referrer information to anyone, because I don't like the idea of telling everyone where I've been. The "proper" diggmirror link is http://duggmirror.com/design/Weirdest_personal_page_I_ve_ever_seen/ which will work for everyone, including paranoid people, like myself.
Although, it doesn't really matter anyway because the site went down even before diggmirror could get a copy of it. - tedhead2k, on 10/12/2007, -1/+6I don't know why, but just clicking those links never works for me and I just get the main page. I need the exact link.
- liquidcoooled, on 10/12/2007, -0/+12Angryboy, sending referrer information from links you click on a page just lets the sites know how the web works and where people are coming from.
Clicking a link from your favorites/bookmarks NEVER sends the referrer of the page you currently have, so you can safely view your porn and then load digg from bookmarks and digg will never know you have been browsing midget porn.
However, clicking a link you see in digg lets the owner of the site know you came from digg and whats the harm in that?
To me, its just polite to let the site owner know how you found them. - sillywampa, on 10/12/2007, -2/+5so we need to revisit the whole dugmirror controversy again. Some firewalls will block referer sending. Some folks are viewing these in their RSS readers so no referer is sent. The Referer is one of the most unreliable aspects of the HTTP protocol to use. Dugmirror does it as a convenience, but you should still post the whole link so those who for whatever reason send no referer can view the right page.
- tylerni7, on 10/12/2007, -3/+6Midget porn? I don't watch midget porn. How would you know that's what I do before I go to digg?
*stumbles over stacks of midget porn to turn off referrers*

-Mike - OpenFuture, on 10/12/2007, -6/+0hmmm...
- oskite, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3None of the mirrors seem to be working... or possibly the page itself isn't working for me. It loads the same bit of it on all the mirrors then stops.
- lowerlogic, on 10/12/2007, -1/+4Don't think dugg mirror is working correctly, all I see from duggmirror is "Dutch (Nederlands) Japanese
e-cards chat bugs help download links"
Anyone care to describe what the site was like before it went down? - boogachamp, on 10/12/2007, -4/+3google cache?

-Mike - kris33, on 10/12/2007, -1/+5This works:
http://www.nobodyhere.com.nyud.net:8090/justme/me.here - jaygee, on 10/12/2007, -10/+1That site is over 3 or 4 years old. How can this be news that makes it to the front page?
- Klisk, on 10/12/2007, -0/+3News doesn't have to be current if no one has seen it before. If it's new on digg, it's still news to us.
- DesireCampbell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+14You must really hate news about the solar system, that *****'s been around for _decades_
- lightandfire, on 10/12/2007, -5/+7Don't waste your time...lame.
- MeatBiProduct, on 10/12/2007, -4/+1agreed - mad emo factor with pre-1996 graphix
- smotchkic, on 10/12/2007, -0/+10This one's even stranger
http://www.elphenden.com/new/- kixxster, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2that one's really cool
- hax0r, on 10/12/2007, -0/+8Wow! Excellent site! very nicely cannabis inspired art...
- gameguy43, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2if you like this kind of stuff, check out http://www.radiohead.com/worms.php or any other part of the radiohead website. it's important that we remember that there IS a time when putting aside standards is ok, and that's when a page is approached as a piece of art rather than a means of displaying data.
- Computer_Kid, on 10/12/2007, -1/+2Good design & personal web page!? Usually personal pages are on myspace and full of 90's animated gifs.
- bergur1, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1That myspace page almost made my old computer with Windows 98 crash...I am also blind...
- ideagirl, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1@smotchkic
I thnk that is the best website I have ever seen. Cool. Thanks. - dimension89, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0um... what is this.. theres just a random silhouette of a guy at his computer typing random words that my mouse hovers over.. clicking on the words just starts loading something but hangs there
- ginty, on 10/12/2007, -3/+4Wow, digg found a site that hasn't changed in nearly 4 years. Way to go digg.
- doshindude, on 10/12/2007, -1/+3it's not as good as http://wwwwwwwww.jodi.org/
- JrGhoull, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0jesus wtf this guy have schiphrenia or something?

- sensibledriver, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2Where's the "Bury > Flash" option?
- RobSaint, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1check out the chat link. It's great. You move around the page as a bug and chat in real time to others.
- mjjack, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1People think this is good design ??? WTF??? Good design needs to clearly communicate something... like what it is or why you should look at it. This is just lame mystery meat.
- egb6550, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Way too creative, obviously this guy should be put away.
- jutendouji, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1I'm honestly a bit freaked out by that website... I got to this part where I was choosing words and I didn't mean to choose the following but the chain led me to this sentence:
"What is the value of my - Choices (this option appeared 3 times, it was the only thing I could choose, it gave me chills)" And when I chose that... the whole screen went black, and it said:
writewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewrite
writewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewrite
writewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewrite
writewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewrite
writewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewrite
writewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewrite
writewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewrite
writewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewrite
writewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewritewrite
And then a giant red fly swapper and a dead fly appeared.
I was darned freaked out. - mikal, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1This is Superbad.com, 10 years ago.
- Surfer51, on 10/12/2007, -0/+2This website was forwarded to me in 1995. So I guess it has been around for awhile. Every now and then it has changed slightly, I recall once when it had tons of insects all over the place on one of it's links.
I vote this one as my all time favorite... - adimaska, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Interesting way of doing things, can't say I've seen too many sites like this before.
- twoconceded, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Hey did anyone notice a red dot about 1 inch above the bottom of his page on the left side??
