Wonder Woman, Your Car Is Ready: Full-Size Wireframe Subaru WRX Sculpture

news.windingroad.com — This isn't an optical illusion or a computer-generated outline of a Subaru, it's an actual 1:1 sculpture by a British artist, and it looks like what you'd imagine Wonder Woman's car to be. Incredible pictures!

      Depends on how fast the flatdeck can tow it away.

      The real WRX STi actually accelerates and does the 1/4 mile faster than a '70 Chevelle LS6 454. I love muscle cars but even I had raised eyebrows on that one.

She'd be more likely seen sluting around in a Porsche Boxster (yes that's a chick car, and any guy straight who drives one should get punched in the nuts), a Hummer, a Lexus SC430 or a BMW Z4.

    Of them, the Z4 (or the Lexus) is the only one I would ever drive; and that would only be if it was my girlfriend's car.

    • profOblivion, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1Check the daylight picture. There are shadows by the wheels as well as the sides. As far as why there's no shadows on the night pictures, my guess is that the flashbulb caused the shadows to be directly behind each line.
  • UnFriendlyFire, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1I don't believe it. It is too well lit to be on a dark street. The cars in the back ground are almost black in the shadows. Also I can't see where the wheels are attached to the rest of the car and some of the lines just fade in to nothingness.
