- branndon, on 06/27/2008, -6/+20I love Google
- cdigioia, on 06/27/2008, -1/+3Me too so far...either way, they'd have to do quite a bit of crap to cancel out the good their superior search engine has created (among other things).
- gn0stik, on 06/27/2008, -2/+1Go work there.
7427466391- gn0stik, on 06/28/2008, -0/+1whoosh!
- nojingoist, on 06/27/2008, -1/+10I want to know the extent to which Google cooperates with the NSA and other intelligence agencies who may monitor and/or data mine user queries. With the new bill, I assume they'd be immune to legal repercussions. But it would be interesting to know.
- wrathchilde, on 06/27/2008, -1/+5Search "Google + NSA" then go on an international flight. Your cavity search upon re-entry to the US would be an interesting data point.
- nickert0n, on 06/27/2008, -3/+1Too bad what "You want to know" doesnt matter, the people who could provide that truth to you wouldent because to them your feelings, rights, your life does not matter.
You are a number in which generates revenue.
Free yourself from slavery if your serious, if not sit down and drink your fluoride laced water and do what your told.

- Mononuclear, on 06/27/2008, -1/+4The only bad thing about more and more indexed content is that it makes it harder to find what you are after. Searching for a keyword used to only retrieve so many articles and a good portion of them where what you were after, now a search for a keyword brings up many thousands of pages and most of them have nothing to do with what you are after.
With the increase of indexed content you need to come up with even better ways to search through that content.- Aquilla, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2Natural language queries and contextual search, with better topic detection should help solve that issue.
- dralezero, on 06/29/2008, -0/+1Different techniques on what you type can help you find what you are after. Also thinking outside the box in your query, thinking like other poeple and how they talk and what they would have put online and searching for those phrases. But some people can't think like that though.
- AriaGloris, on 06/27/2008, -2/+24Guys - I'm such a nerd, I think marissa mayer is hot.

- teejaded, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2She is attractive, but the little grunting noises she makes when she's not talking get on my nerves.
- jmnugent, on 06/27/2008, -1/+1She totally had me until she let the interviewer push her around with a couple tough questions and her answers were "Thats not how I see it" or other weaksauce replies.

- ahpro, on 06/27/2008, -3/+5As a Brit, I would just like to apologise on behalf of Great Britain for that *ANNOYING* man who was keep going on about how Google is spying on people.
Does he honestly think they employ people who go through all of the data spying on all the billions of people who use it? It's like "the computer admin" in a work place just on a wider scale. Yes, he can see all of your emails and everything you've went to on the web. Does he use this power? No, he has better things to do.- aidtheroger, on 06/27/2008, -1/+2...dude sorry but your ***** clueless.
- ElbertF, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2I understand your point, they're probably not going to look at your individual browsing behavior and send your wife a list of all the porn sites you've been visiting. But that's not his point, things can go horribly wrong when a company has to much power (power corrupts).
- aidtheroger, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2Careful what you query.
Cereal.
All the worlds information. - rentmitchum, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2There's nothing behind my screen but 1's and 0's.
- mediaphile, on 06/27/2008, -0/+4This critical review of Google brought to you by Google (Youtube).
- RemarkableRyan, on 06/27/2008, -0/+3I like the Tony Hawk 1 song they used at the beginning
- mochaman, on 06/27/2008, -1/+4Diggers are intoxicated drinking the kool-aid, but Google is fast becoming big brother, and Vinton Cerf reminds the architect from the Matrix. I know this isn't going to be popular so go ahead digg me down.
- nickert0n, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1Good documentary worth watching if you are interested in topics of freedom and/or technology
- WillSpencer, on 06/27/2008, -1/+1Google seems to be opposed to freedom for everyone but themselves.
"Do No Evil" is a laughable example of bald-faced hypocrisy. - sparkmonkeyz, on 06/27/2008, -0/+1@ 2:31, they look up "nude women"
- danna88, on 06/28/2008, -0/+0Putting "The truth about" before anything is obviously asking for skeptical and revisionist views. Try moon landing for proof. What a stupid example this doc gives to try to undermine the search algorithms.
