When some 700 British regulars were ordered into the Massachusetts countryside on April 19, 1775, to capture the colonists' military stores in Concord, a group of 70 militiamen assembled in nearby Lexington.

  • magicjohnson, on 06/27/2008, -0/+2This definitely contrasts with the romanticized vision of the Revolutionary War they teach in schools. But it makes sense, to get people to do anything you need money, patriotism comes second.
