All-Green, $14 Billion Eco-Transit Upgrade Announced
sneezl.com — Includes new high-efficiency transit routes, eco-buses & more. This project will save 4.7 million tonnes in transportation-based greenhouse gases. That's the equivalent of parking ALL of the cars and light trucks in Metro Vancouver for a FULL YEAR!!!!

I'm one of those people, but I'd like to change, and I see this as a huge step in the right direction. So far, public transit only falters when it comes to convenience, but if they could change that, then why drive at all?
