- speezer, on 10/10/2007, -2/+2It looks like it's just a 3d render. Not a real bike?
- fisj139, on 10/10/2007, -0/+54Riders suddenly have the urge to dodge cars from one side of the road to the other
- andrewcsayer, on 10/10/2007, -0/+18I'm sure Miss Piggy would like a ride
- scallon, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3I always thought Miss Piggy would prefer to be the one getting ridden. She always struck me as very man-ish.
- controltheweb, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6Looks like a lizard impregnating a vine .. but in a good way!
- effektz, on 10/10/2007, -4/+4I dont get it.
- PerfektXj, on 10/10/2007, -4/+3I like it
- oneoverzero, on 10/10/2007, -1/+8It's not that easy being green...
- sirvincent, on 10/10/2007, -1/+3I'd ride it if it could jump really high.
That or have a frog horn. - kentdoggydog, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9Awesome!
It'll never get made... - carkmouch, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2It looks like a fixie
- AltEfFour, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7Hideous.
- carterbaldwin, on 10/10/2007, -1/+7It looks awesome but godawfully uncomfortable.
- Dokument, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6how do you turn?
- mediaploy, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4i thought it was going to be a dh or xc full suspension bike. frogs hop, get air time. they dont travel on roads with their faces low.
- dredwolff, on 10/10/2007, -0/+6looks more like a preying mantis to me.
- CubiX, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2yes. my first thought also.
- rnnbob, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2i didn't see it at first glance but now it really does.
- Markpdotcom, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1But with wheels, and no head... :D
- pinguwin, on 10/10/2007, -3/+1Referring to comment above about the bar height, not saying it's a good bike but the bars are not lower than many mtn bike bars are for people ride like to ride smaller frame, resulting in a lot of seat post out. Not saying the design is a good one, actually doubt that it is.
- consoneo, on 10/10/2007, -0/+9Looks horribly uncomfortable... Gotta be in a "Super-L" form, where you are bent over more than 90 Degrees. Ow.
- akira117, on 10/10/2007, -1/+2Image mirror: http://i24.tinypic.com/hvwhlg.jpg
- LucasVB, on 10/10/2007, -0/+11Cool design, but my back hurts just from looking at it.
- green1152, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4I don't like the frame or the handlebars, but I do love the wheels. I wonder if I can find some like those at a reasonable price.
- alex7575, on 10/10/2007, -1/+10FTA: "a fascinating adaptation of a frog’s motion and structure"
This thing hops? - snotrokit, on 10/10/2007, -4/+1slick - dugg
- Astrofabrical, on 10/10/2007, -0/+2Looks slightly uncomfortable o.o
- CriX, on 10/10/2007, -1/+1Would like to see the FEA on those wheels. Very cool.
- Arreo, on 10/10/2007, -2/+1As A Biker that is pretty tight.
- apothekari, on 10/10/2007, -1/+4Great Idea!
I know when I think sleek,graceful,lithe,cornering-all the things a bike should be....
Frog.
It's so obvious!
I'm off to design a pogo stick that looks like a platypus! - paperfrog, on 10/10/2007, -0/+3Oh, good. We've finally identified a way to make lycra-clad cyclists look even weirder.
- databoy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Creativity gone mad; trust an artist to re-invent the wheel. Not commercially viable, not ergonomic, anyone who would ride such a device is a masochistic. Talk to a professional cyclist and they will tell you that their bikes are custom made for their leg length using lightweight steel tubing.
- Jamminpotato, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1Really? I wasn't aware that any professional cyclists used steel anymore....In fact i'm pretty sure they all use carbon fiber, maybe some titanium.....but no steel.
- wanderingstan, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0Steel hasn't been used by pro cyclists for almost 2 decades. It's almost all carbon fiber now, with a little aluminum and titanium. The low handle bars of this design are typical of track bikes and sprinting bikes. I think it looks great.
- rootneg2, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1lugged steel is where it's at.
nothing has as nice a roadfeel as steel IMHO; just stiff enough to be efficient, but it can soak up vibration. Perhaps it's not the lightest material, but carbon has a nasty habit of simply shattering catastrophically when it fails, aluminum isn't as strong, and titanium is too stiff.
- brotherfranciz, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1What? Where's the frog? Funky design though...
- ParticleMan420, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1it doesnt look french
oh wait, wrong frogs - SomGuye, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0My balls hurt just thinking about how I'd have to sit on this thing.
- DonnieDarko2001, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1why is that frog humping my bike
- amaurer, on 10/10/2007, -0/+0_what?!_
This isn't awesome or brilliant, this is a totally unmanufacturable fantasy.
Here's my design for a bike inspired by the letter Q: Q
You'll be riding my Q before Kermit here touches road. - ColibriEnergy, on 10/10/2007, -0/+1A sleek and funky bike design, nice!
- mydave, on 07/28/2008, -0/+0oh very nice! cool!
