- BradyDale, on 04/10/2008, -0/+2I've always thought shrimp were like cockroaches, so I never really ate them, and now I'm a vegetarian so I don't touch the bugs of the see at all... but I know people like them so I am happy that they can be made sustainably. I think there is also a market demand effect that has to take place (fortunately, it seems to be). We had a guy in Philadelphia who grew both fish and basil in a way that the fish's waste fed the basil. It was all very elegant, but the idea just couldn't catch on with our local market for either product. Too easy to keep buying it the old way.
