- everetts, on 06/18/2008, -0/+2There is a program out there that changes your printer settings so you can preview what's about to print and choose which pages not to print, margins, etc. It doesn't do anything you couldn't do on your own, but it makes everything much easier. For instance, why print a page that just has footer-info on it, such as an email that just went a few lines over? Xerox has one called GreenPrint and there's another called FinePrint.
- str3ama, on 06/18/2008, -0/+2the back side of any non-important paper can be used to jot notes, points, etc. You could also use your computer to do notes and manage all the things you would normally use paper for, not only will it be more organized but also use less paper and require less supplies (paperclips, staples, etc) - benefit of also making your workspace tidier.
