The Future of Wind Energy in 1975 - An Ode to Earth Day

getsolar.com — It's been 33 years since this article was released and it's amazing to see the parallels between how wind and alternative energy was perceived then to how it's perceived now. The picture that accompanies this article is pretty ridiculous. Looks like that floating wind farm would topple over.
