- brinfin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0look at a topographic map............
look at today's world arena
look at what some say is a god given coastline
logic demands an alternative route,
traffic must flow
but away from a nuclear plant
a nuclear plant so close you can almost touch it as you drive by
increase in terrorist attacks and earthquakes are evident
or an "unlikely event" of a say a;.......nuclear failure or explosion
it would seem mandatory, regulated and safer for public safety to reduce the throughput through this particular corridor with the possible risk a potential large scale load of vehicles in an area required to evacuate in the most timely manner or risk prolonged exposure to radiation due to vehicular congestion or roadway obstruction
traffic will increase in two generations substantially
the load should be taken off of this particular corridor and shifted to another
connective point nearby as a load distributor rather than as load congestion
think two generations ahead for decisions today - brinfin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0dig it man
