- digg it
- fellowknowbest, on 01/22/2008, -1/+21and I always thought sundials were hard to read.
- racer108, on 01/23/2008, -0/+1Just the minutes.
- luke16, on 01/22/2008, -0/+69Random guy: Excuse me sir do you have the time?
You: Yes it is.............do you have a calculator? - natdowner, on 01/22/2008, -2/+28Jesus, I can barely read anything other than a digital clock. Leave it to the Japanese to take something simple and make it insanely complicated.
- Amylopan, on 01/22/2008, -0/+10They have a name for these kinds of useless inventions, right? Chindongu? Still, I'd be the nerd that would wear the radioactive detection watch.
- Dradis, on 01/22/2008, -0/+34"Radioactive Active Reactor", or the traveler's version: "Please Give me a Cavity Search, TSA Goons".
- minnymoo, on 01/22/2008, -0/+7it'd take me more or less than 10 minute figuring out the time on a given watch, now that's one vicious cycle.
- iSeb, on 01/22/2008, -0/+7I actually really like that Oberon version, as its not so hard to read the time on it.
Might order one of these for a laugh :) - bamafun, on 01/22/2008, -0/+7by the time i figured out the time on one of those i'd really be late ....
- nitsnipe, on 01/22/2008, -0/+16Well, nothing says geek, like a binary watch.
- neatorama, on 01/22/2008, -5/+1Hm, getting harder and harder to reach front page.... I think good ol' Neatorama is blocked by digg :(
- bluegene, on 01/22/2008, -0/+7Current time=whatever on the display when you wanted to check the time + the time it took to decode.
- AshamedAmerican, on 01/22/2008, -1/+2I have one of the Pimp watches from Tokyoflash, I ***** love their watches.
- martinherrera, on 01/22/2008, -1/+2I love my tokyo flash watch, people always get excited when they ask me what time it is
- Mjuboy, on 01/22/2008, -0/+1I have a similar binary LED watch, it actually isnt that hard to tell time once you get used to it.
- borez, on 01/22/2008, -1/+1Dugg for "Radioactive Active Reactor"
Can you have an inactive radioactive reactor? - Kikkoman, on 01/22/2008, -1/+3the JLr7 and Shinshoku seems to be pretty stylish
- BlueCyclone, on 01/22/2008, -1/+2I.. just bought one of those watches. (The Shinshoku one...)
Yes, I'm currently quite ashamed of myself. - NiGHTSChao, on 01/22/2008, -0/+1I love that pimp2 watch or whatever its called, I just wish it didn't have the word "pimp" engraved on it, I just love the grid/LED style
- diggB, on 01/22/2008, -0/+3Really, you'll need to set your watch 5 minutes fast just to compensate for the additional time it'll take for you to read it ...
- Culero, on 01/22/2008, -1/+4oberon is pretty sexy. I wouldn't mind that watch at all
- DonJuan, on 01/22/2008, -0/+2At the beep, standard daylight time will be" Warning, Radioactive, Danger High"....BEEEP....
- rowlodge, on 01/22/2008, -0/+1looks like something i saw from "dune"
- indiehead, on 01/22/2008, -0/+1bought the oberon, should arrive soon, such a nice design. it's a good idea because all watches are the same, but these turn the whole process of checking the time on it's head and make it more fun.
- joltjake, on 01/22/2008, -0/+1Someone should post the answer so we can all get free watches!
- Thundercat1971, on 01/22/2008, -0/+1They look neat, but I was disappointed when I got my tokyoflash wash. I got the one that is a grid that moves around and targets the time. Looks cool, BUT, it is cheaply made and it only stays on for about 4 seconds, which makes it VERY difficult to tell the time. Also the numbers are extremely small and hard to read. I'm probably just gonna ebay it.
- caponumen, on 01/22/2008, -0/+1LOL, I want one that reads in duodeca...........
- Cyber_Akuma, on 01/22/2008, -0/+1It might not look like something out of Star Trek like these do, but I think my touch-screen watch that runs on PalmOS 4.1 is still pretty geeky... especially when I run a GameBoy Emulator on it...
.... with that said, I still do want that Equalizer... - epitome89, on 01/22/2008, -1/+0where can I buy the Oberon? I live in Norway, and I don't want to order it from japan or whatever.
- helloSLAYER, on 01/22/2008, -0/+0"THIS IS MADNESS!" lol wow some of these are pretty crazy looking, but i wouldnt mind having em :]
- brentwarren, on 01/23/2008, -1/+0why make things so complicated?
simplicity isnt enough for people now or what? - CNeovitch, on 01/23/2008, -0/+1Sweet. Definitely my style.
