Then they ask me the same question. Apparently they seem to think I'm hot too. Personally, I don't see it. But then again, I think no guy is hot. One thing we do have in common is that we are not very personable people. Sure, we are friendly online, but in person, we suck at conversations and really dont' like social gatherings outside of games. I think its more of a personality thing than a looks thing.

    Girl gamers aren't really a rarity, most of them grew up on Mario the same as the rest of us. Although, with anime invading the U.S. and chicks getting into it, I think that's gotten more of them to take on nerdier pursuits, like hardcore RPG gaming instead of sticking specifically to Nintendogs, Mario and such.

      I loved the gambit system because I didn't have to do anything but press the analog stick while the game pretty much played itself. But after a while I became so lazy that I would get her to do even that part.

      I have pretty fond memories of the ultimate level of video gaming laziness. The game mostly played itself and my girlfriend played the rest for me, while I loafed on the couch in a nearly catatonic stupor, coming out only to congratulate myself when I gained a level. Good times.

      Plus I just think it sucked because in terms of final fantasy, it was a let down.
      The main character was a pussy.
      There was little to no love story(big feature in FFVII-FFX)
      Music wasn't nearly as memorable, although it was okay.

      In terms of an RPG, it was definitely one of the better ones.
      In terms of Final Fantasy, it was a failure, especially in comparison to the last traditional Final Fantasy before it.
