Activision trademarks DJ HERO for video game

trademork.com — On February 8, 2008, video game developer/publisher Activision Publishing filed to protect the trademark "DJ Hero" in relation to “computer game software". This trademark filing is the first indication of Activision’s future plans for the franchise, as well as peripherals beyond guitars. Scratch on!
