Xbox 360 Online Hard Drive Possible?

msdn.microsoft.com — Under the question in the linked FAQ, "Do I need a hard drive to run XNA-based games on my Xbox 360 console? ". The answer says, "requires that a physical hard drive be present". Does this mean that a non-physical hard drive is possible? Perhaps Microsoft will allow you to store data on an Xbox Live Hard Drive?
