Should You Use a PDA?

productivity501.com — I found the second part to be accurate for my use. I use a WM 6 device for personal and a Blackberry Curve for work.

  • dannystaple, on 07/25/2008, -0/+1IMHO I have found that in general PDA's and smartphones are mostly useless. I am techie enough and have enough to type or write that any form of "grafiti" writing system or on-screen keyboard will just annoy me. So I have drawn up plans to sell my PDA, smartphone, and old laptop in the vain hope that together it will raise enough to buy a netbook (EEE pc or similar size/priced system). They have a full keyboard, and run real applications. The last PDA that really had a proper keyboard was the Psion 5, which still to this day have kept enough value to be worth more than my 2 year old PDA on eBay.
