Medicad Dental Center to treat Uninsured in Middletown

middletownusa.com — The Medicad Dental Center will be one of the very few that treat patients who on Medicaid or with no insurance at all. Although this dental center closed two years ago due to financial complications, it is scheduled to re-open this Saturday after receiving a $650,000 grant.
