        I have osteo-arthritis which, thank God, is not nearly as bad as rheumatoid.

    The only replacement surgery worth having that is rather easy to come back from is a hip replacement, but you're still pretty limited in what you can do w/the replacement other than normal everyday walking.

    The shoulder surgeries suck ass, she's lucky she can move her arms after having both replaced. Knees are usuallly decent, but she got them done in the 90's, so they're probably going to need to be removed and replaced again soon.

    I'm a therapist, I see this all day long.
    She's not bionic, she's somebody's summer house and boat purchaser, thanks lady, you just made Dr. Smooth's family very happy!

      This happened in England, where people who need treatment get it. Nobody got rich over it.
