- kd420, on 10/08/2008, -0/+3Yes, the sleep one is very important. Also, going to the gym everyday might not be the best way to get results. If you're not fully rested, and your muscles haven't recovered, you won't be getting a good workout. Obviously everyone is different, but it's easy for people to fall into the trap of going really hard and not _properly_ resting.
