- Pougan, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2That is so true, but the hardest part about this is the fact that not only is creating new routines hard, but breaking out of our old routines may be even harder. I'd love to be able to wake up nice and sunny at 8am every morning, but when it gets to be 8am on saturday morning, I'm like a completely different person and at that moment, sleeping in is way more important than being awake and active.

- Pougan, on 11/11/2007, -0/+3Just because they're obvious doesn't mean that it doesn't need to be said. Sometimes realizing that others have the same sorts of problems is all that is needed to finally step up and face it.
- reikiman, on 11/09/2007, -0/+1"Turn off the critical voice" is a little simplistically put. I've found it's so helpful to learn to have compassion (love) for myself and that by itself has greatly affected the inner critic.
- fluidfoundation, on 11/09/2007, -0/+2I beat myself way too much as it is.
