- slowspin, on 10/12/2007, -2/+0Just a quick apology, I would have linked to the original article, but it doesn't exist anymore, so I am pointing to my blog, which I never use anyways except pretty much the last day or two.
I don't care about traffic, so whatever. Just something funny I think everyone should read! - dean_shan, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Hey the second link to your blog today. Weee! Please don't make this a regular habit.
- slowspin, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Thanks, I guess you ought to read my first comment. Later.
- blockcipher, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0dean_shan, yes sir!
- nickzee, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0ya like links to CNN and CNET are way more informative....What are you retarded they always steal links from the blogs
Well this link is sort of suxxors
When a story is good and original it doesn't matter where it comes from !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - JRJ0710296, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0disssssss ouch :p
- ohgr, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0Hey link to my Blog too It's like totally freaking awesome!
http://burningroaches.dnsalias.com - adml_shake, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0oh my god i've used some of those....
and they don't always work. - digitaltrav, on 10/12/2007, -3/+0Ok, well, not funny, blog link. LAME!
- ohgr, on 10/12/2007, -1/+1no no no most people with blogs are blabbering idiots. I admit it. No shame here heh.
- spyhunter, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Geez, why are you complaining? If it's funny and the blog doesn't suck, who cares if he submitted it himself? He doesn't even have any ads on it, and he's spelled all his words correctly and used proper grammar, which is already better than most Digg posts. I think there's a problem with your drive geometry.
- ohgr, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0MSN Has blogs now? LOL
- mdramige, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Ah, I'm glad the days of e-mailing lists like this crap to everybody you know are over. Now people can just post to their blogs.
- mdramige, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0Oh, and you might want to increase your text size and increase the font contrast to the background. My freakin' eyes are bleeding.
- lavawalker, on 10/12/2007, -2/+1WorldBuilder, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0"Blogs are informative? What, you LIKE reading the diaries of people with the mentalities of 12 year old girls?"
OMG, that's like so not true, like. ;) - ickyelf, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Here's one I came up with regrading the lack of Mac games:
"Some people actually DO things with their computers!" - nickzee, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1You guys have mixed up blog with diary...
A blog can be many things
Im just saying some blogs could actually be news magazines...Does every one of your news outlets have to be owned by Rupert or the mouse...
Like there is any MAC site out there that isnt a mangled blog
My eyes hurt after reading this post - 8ight, on 10/12/2007, -1/+0LCD is Liquid Crystal Diode, not Liquid Crystal Display... in my book anyway. It's misused all over the 'net.
- exobot, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Ehehe, nice digg :D
RTFA people. - Heathen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+1Who cares if someone links things to their "blog"? A blog can be all about tech *****. Even if it's about Joe-Blows life maybe he did some interesting tech things that day. Whatever, who cares - don't digg it if you hate blog linkers, and while you're at it don't post on their stories.
- mrblogadise, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Eff the anti-blog minority
- theshmo891, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0ok well, thats pointless
- c0dek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0I know LED is Light Emitting Diode, but I'm pretty sure LCD is Liquid Crystal Display. You say potato...I say chips...
- OakLawnTek1, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Just used one in the comments from my artice where I had a type o.
http://digg.com/technology/We_may_be_closer_to_801.11n - section31, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0That ***** is way too hard to read. Here, I changed the markup so it can be legible. http://montages.section31.us/temp/thingsToSay.html
- ProAm500, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Man, the best come back for everything is "Your Mom".....that trumps all...
- rcomegys, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0section, thanks buddy. I didn't want to get a Passport account.
- MuZiKMafia, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0an old list but still funny. I'm not slamming anyone, but when people generalize (either for or against) about something as mainstream as blogs, they're asking to be both corrected and flamed...
- slowspin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0You know what makes me laugh, really, is this:
I am not... no wait, at the moment CANNOT make money off this blog. I stuck the info there that I got from SOMEWHERE ELSE, credited the source, explained why I posted it to a blog, (could have done one of my REAL pages, but that's too much work) and since it is NO LONGER AVAILABLE on the 'net, I shared it kindly with the world....
ONLY TO GET MY FACE RIPPED OFF by the kindness of the digg community.
I'm just about done with this site, I swear. You people drive me crazy, and you make me want to stop sharing. Well, I'm really just about to. - spartan777, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0funny best one: "Yes, I believe that's the approach Windows NT is taking."
lmao - armand_wall, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0To slowspin:
"ONLY TO GET MY FACE RIPPED OFF by the kindness of the digg community."
Welcome to a free world with free speech. You know, I prefer an honest answer a thousand times better than a polite lie. - meander, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0"LCD is Liquid Crystal Diode, not Liquid Crystal Display... in my book anyway. It's misused all over the 'net."
c0dek is right, it is Display
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LCD - PacoBell, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0@armand_wall: "You know, I prefer an honest answer a thousand times better than a polite lie."
Only honesty isn't' always a saving grace. You can be honest and totally ignorant and bigoted at the same time. Whatever happened to etiquette on the Internet? - mdramige, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Thanks section31, you are much less lazy than I
- slowspin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Thanks, pacobell.
And armand_wall, I agree that honesty is alright, but the way to be honest on this site is to not digg what you don't like.
I put a lot of effort into getting this off google's cache and posting it to my blog so people could see it, it is an old bookmark I had in my favorites, and I searched quite a bit - it's not posted anywhere anymore.
So to have the work I put in trashed really doesn't make me feel good about giving back to this particular community. - HighTechGeek, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0slowspin, don't give up. It's easy to criticize something, so the immature will keep on doing it. Don't let them get to you. I had never seen it before and appreciate the fresh humor. Thanks.
- slowspin, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0Thanks for the nice comments, hightech. Much appreciated.
- Th3_anOmoLy, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0lol, for all the people complaining... look at the number of diggs. Regardless of agreeing or disagreeing with the posting method, good content seems to speak for itself. I got a few good laughs out of this, nice digg.
- genen, on 10/12/2007, -0/+0NO DIGG - yes please stop...
