Ubuntu-Dell will tests Canonical’s support model

blogs.the451group.com — Nick Selby (451Group) has posted an excellent blog about Canonical's announcement that Dell will sell personal computers pre-installed with Feisty Fawn, Ubuntu 7.04. He brings up a couple of key issues like Canonical ’s ability to scale its end-user tech support, and how they'll react to customer's for the first time since the launch Ubuntu.
