Ubuntu Intrepid gets a working ATI fglrx driver - Finally!

  • dyntryx, on 09/30/2008, -0/+0Unfortunately, this doesn't work. Until the driver supports X.Org 7.4--it doesn't as of AMD Catalyst 8.9--we're out of luck on Intrepid. You can downgrade X and install the driver manually--it works, I did it--but if you're not extremely comfortable with the command line I wouldn't try it.
